HOURS BEFORE AND BEYOND REGULAR SHIFTS. Hours worked before regular starting time and beyond regular quitting times shall be considered as overtime and paid at double rate for time worked, except when other arrangements are made by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union Plant Committee.

HOURS BEFORE AND BEYOND REGULAR SHIFTS. Hours worked before regular starting time and beyond regular quitting times shall be considered as overtime, and paid at rate of one and one half times (1.5x) for time worked, except when other arrangements are made by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Unit President or Designate.

  • Hour Shift An eight (8) hour tour shall be inclusive of an unpaid one-half (1/2) hour meal period, and two fifteen (15) minute paid relief periods.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
