Hours of Activity. Operator shall ensure the facilities are available for use (and readily accessible) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

Operator shall be open and services shall be available during the hours maintained by qualified and experienced entities providing comparable services and/or engaging in similar Activities at comparable airports. Hours of Activity. Tenant must be open for business during normal business hours, five (5) days per week. The Director may allow variations to the business hours as well as require the Tenant to provide additional hours of service, up to and including twenty-four (24) hour operations, as demand or circumstances at the Airport may warrant. The Tenant shall have management personnel available on an on-call basis at all times outside of the Tenant’s regular scheduled business hours in order to respond to requests from the Airport and government agencies, including emergency response, with Xxxxxx’s response time not to exceed sixty (60) minutes.
Hours of Activity. 2.12.1. Each Commercial Aeronautical Operator shall provide its products, services, and/or facilities during hours as may be described in its Agreement which shall be consistent with current local demand for such Activities.
