HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT AND OVERTIME. 1. The Hospital has the right to establish any seven (7) days as workweek. The workweek is currently 12:01 am Sunday to midnight Saturday. “Payroll Day” as referred to in this Article shall mean and consist of the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at the time the employee commences work. Basic workday shall be eight (8) hours, excluding lunch. In the application of the following provisions the hospital will adhere to all State and Federal overtime laws.
