Part-time employees are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis based upon the proportion of the number of ordinary hours worked each week to 37.5hrs. Casual employees do not receive annual leave entitlements. An employee proceeding on annual leave will receive a loading of 17.5% on annual leave pay.
