IMPACT AND IMPLEMENTATION BARGAINING PROCEDURES. A. Whenever the Agency decides to make a change which affects a condition of employment and is more than de minimis, it shall provide the Union President or designee reasonable written notice of the change at least ten (10) days in advance of the anticipated date of implementation unless: (a) the change is already covered by this Agreement; and/or (b) the Union has already waived its right to bargain about the change.

IMPACT AND IMPLEMENTATION BARGAINING PROCEDURES. This Article establishes procedures for negotiating the Impact and Implementation of changes in working conditions when the Union has the right to negotiate both the Impact and Implementation of a change and seeks to negotiate the Impact and Implementation of that change. In the event that the Employer proposes a non-negotiable change in conditions of employment, the following procedures shall apply with regard to requests by the Union to negotiate the Impact and Implementation of those changes:

  • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

  • Scheduling Procedures 6.1 Prior to the beginning of each week, the Network Customer shall provide to the Transmission Provider expected hourly energy schedules for that week for all energy flowing into the Transmission System administered by Transmission Provider.

  • Testing Procedures Testing will be conducted by an outside certified Agency in such a way to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability by using the techniques, chain of custody procedures, equipment and laboratory facilities which have been approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.

  • Hiring Procedures Nothing contained in this Article 4 shall impair any of the rights of the Employer to hire new or additional employees to meet the employment needs of the Employer, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this collective bargaining Agreement or to meet the obligations of the Employer under Article 2, Section H of this Agreement or to take affirmative steps to comply with any requirements under any applicable Federal or State law prohibiting discrimination in employment.

  • Induction Procedures a) The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that it is in the interests of the industry that all new employees and employers on a building project understand their obligations to this Agreement and are introduced to their jobs in a manner which will help them work safely and efficiently.

  • NEGOTIATING PROCEDURES 4.01 A request for professional negotiations shall be submitted in writing by the SHTA to the Board or its designated representative or by the Board’s designated representative to SHTA before April 1 of the year (approximately 90 calendar days) of the expiration of the existing Agreement. A copy of the notice shall be filed with the State Employment Relations Board. A mutually convenient meeting shall be held by April 15th in which both parties shall exchange negotiation packages which shall include additions to, deletions from or revisions of the existing agreement. No new items shall be introduced for negotiations during said negotiations except what may be mutually agreed upon by both negotiation teams.

  • SAFETY PROCEDURES The Contractor shall:

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Closing Procedures Subject to satisfaction or waiver by the relevant Party of the conditions of Closing set forth herein, at the Time of Closing the Vendors shall deliver actual possession of the Purchased Shares and the requisite instruments of conveyance and upon such delivery the Purchaser shall pay or satisfy the Purchase Price in accordance with Section 2.03. The transfer of possession of the Purchased Shares shall be deemed to take effect as at the Time of Closing.
