Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Incident handling As defined by the EGI Default Operational Level Agreement.
Post-Accident Testing a. The City may require a Covered Employee who caused, or may have caused, an Accident, based on information known at the time of the Accident, to submit to drug and/or alcohol testing.
Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.
Accident and Incident Investigations An accident, injury, critical injury, or hazardous situation will be investigated in accordance with the CJHSC’s investigation protocol.
Incident Notification Google will notify Customer promptly and without undue delay after becoming aware of a Data Incident, and promptly take reasonable steps to minimize harm and secure Customer Data.
