Ready Reserve a. A ready reserve flight attendant shall report as soon as practicable, but not later than twenty (20) minutes following the Company’s first attempt to contact the flight attendant.
b. A flight attendant on ready reserve status shall not be on call in excess of eight (8) hours.
c. A ready reserve flight attendant shall not be placed on regular reserve.
Ready Reserve. A Ready Reserve is a flight attendant who must be available to be contacted for duty assignments on a twenty-four (24) hour standby basis.
Ready Reserve. CEPI may instruct and fund Awardee to undertake the manufacturing and maintenance of a Ready Reserve of Clinical Trial Material through an additional Work Package, which may include doses from consistency batches if so directed by CEPI. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Ready Reserve of Clinical Trial Material” means a quantity of doses for potential use in a clinical trial, which Project Vaccine has not yet received a marketing approval. Such Ready Reserve of Clinical Trial Material may be used for further clinical trials, to advance product development and for emergency use subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and consents, in each case in emergency situations based on national or international guidance (such as from WHO) or in such other manner, in each case as CEPI may reasonably determine. If required by CEPI, an additional Work Package covering such activities shall be negotiated expeditiously and in good faith by the Parties.
Ready Reserve. If you have applied and been approved for the Ready Reserve feature of your Account, you can authorize automatic transfers from your Account into any checking account you maintain with us in order to cover an overdraft on such account and any applicable service charge. If you overdraw your Bank checking account on any day, you agree that we may charge your Account for a Cash Advance in increments of $50.00 in order to eliminate the overdraft, together with any applicable Finance Charges and service charges.
Ready Reserve. 6 A pilot assigned to ready reserve will receive the per diem rate pursuant to 7 paragraph A.1., above, for time spent on ready reserve.
Ready Reserve. 1. The Company may designate no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total number of reserve positions in a domicile as “ready reserve” (RR). The twenty-five percent (25%) maximum shall be rounded to the nearest whole number.
2. A Ready Reserve bid line shall consist of Ready Reserve duty only.
3. A Ready Reserve bid line shall specify the time period the Flight Attendant is required to remain at the airport. Ready Reserve shifts shall consist of nine (9) hour periods, however this time period shall not exceed ten (10) continuous hours in a calendar day. The time period may be changed, so long as nine (9) hour notice is given by positive contact.
4. a. A trip assignment must be assigned within the nine (9) hour Ready Reserve period. If there is no assignment within the nine (9) hours, the Flight Attendant shall be released until his/her next scheduled duty period. Flight Attendants are required to call Crew Scheduling to check in and to be released from duty.
Ready Reserve. 1. A Reserve Flight Attendant may be assigned to be on ready reserve at the airport on any scheduled reserve day. Ready Reserve will not exceed three (3) consecutive days. Ready reserve may be assigned to Flight Attendants for periods of up to eight (8) hours. Ready reserve is duty time. A Flight Attendant on ready reserve may be assigned a trip(s) or portions of a trip(s) and ferry flight(s) commencing within the eight (8) hour period. Upon completion of a ready reserve assignment, a Flight Attendant who has not been assigned will be released for the remainder of the day or for legal rest, whichever is longer.
2. A Flight Attendant on ready reserve will receive per diem at the rates set forth in Section 6.
3. The Company will provide a room for Ready Reserve separate from the crew lounge at domiciles where the Company uses ready reserve.
Ready Reserve. 21 a. A short-call reserve pilot assigned to ready reserve may be required to be 22 on-call at a domicile airport. Such pilot will be in uniform and may be 23 required to begin a flight assignment immediately upon notification by the 24 Company.
25 b. A reserve pilot assigned as a ready reserve will be subject to the following:
26 (1) Such pilot will be paid and credited the greater of four (4) hours of 27 applicable hourly pay or actual hours flown and credits for each ready 28 reserve period for which he actually reports to the airport as a ready 29 reserve.
30 (2) Such pilot will not be required to remain at the airport as a ready reserve 31 for more than eight (8) hours. If a pilot returns from an assignment he 32 may be required to complete his original ready reserve period.
33 (3) A flight assignment given to a pilot on ready reserve will be scheduled to 34 depart no later than two (2) hours after the end of his ready reserve 35 period.
36 (4) If such pilot is not given a flight assignment prior to the completion of his 37 ready reserve period, the pilot will be released until his next reserve on- 38 call period or other scheduled assignments.
39 (5) Such pilot will be considered to be on duty upon his report to the ready 40 reserve location, as assigned.
1 (6) A short-call reserve pilot who is given a ready reserve assignment after 2 completing a flight assignment during the same duty period will be paid 3 and credited for the flight assignment and the pro-rated portion of the 4 ready reserve period. Such ready reserve assignment will count toward 5 the number of ready reserve assignments permitted by paragraph 6 O.7.b.(8).
7 (7) A short-call reserve pilot assigned to ready reserve will not be assigned 8 more than one (1) ready reserve on-call period per day.
9 (8) A short-call reserve pilot will not be assigned to more than six (6) ready 10 reserve on-call periods per month.
11 c. A short-call reserve pilot may be assigned as a ready reserve on his final 12 schedule or assigned to report as a ready reserve.
13 d. Before making an additional assignment to a regular pilot that will cause 14 that pilot to remain on duty beyond his scheduled duty out time, the 15 Company will use a ready reserve, if practicable, for such assignment, 16 taking into consideration the needs of the service.
17 e. Ready reserve assignments are not subject to the requirements in 18 paragraph O.6.b., above.

Ready Reserve. 13.1.1 CEPI and a Partner may mutually agree in writing that such Partner shall undertake the manufacturing, or having manufactured, and maintenance of a Ready Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material through a Work Package. If at any time a Partner wishes to dispose of the Ready Reserve of Product Clinical Trial Material it is storing, such Partner shall discuss the same with CEPI (including taking into consideration, without limitation, the shelf-life of such materials) and may only dispose of such materials after it has received CEPI’s prior written consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed). Such Ready Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material may be used: (a) for further clinical trials pursuant to a mutually agreed Work Package, (b) to otherwise advance development of the Project Vaccine, provided such Research Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material is not necessary for activities pursuant to clause (a) at such time, or (c) for emergency use (subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and consents) in emergency situations based on national or international guidance (such as from WHO) or in such other manner, in each case as may be agreed in the relevant Work Package or otherwise by the Parties in writing.
13.1.2 For the purposes of this Agreement, a “Ready Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material” means an agreed quantity of doses of the Project Vaccine for potential use in a clinical trial. At the Effective Date, Barinthus Bio has agreed that it will, subject to achievement of the relevant Stage Gate, manufacture or have manufactured and store as a Ready Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material [***] in accordance with GMP and all other requirements and specifications agreed with CEPI. Promptly following achievement of the relevant Stage Gate, Barinthus Bio will submit to CEPI a reasonable budget detailing the reasonable costs of storage and stability testing of the Ready Reserve of Project Clinical Trial Material for approval by CEPI, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. From time to time, Barinthus Bio shall submit to CEPI revised budgets detailing such costs for approval by CEPI, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. CEPI shall bear Barinthus Bio’s out-of-pocket costs incurred in performing such storage and stability testing, provided that CEPI shall not be required to pay any mark-up or handling charges.
Ready Reserve. 1. A Reserve Flight Attendant may be assigned to be on ready reserve at the airport on any scheduled reserve day. Ready reserve may be assigned to reserve Flight Attendants for periods of up to six (6) hours.
2. Ready reserve is duty time which commences at the Flight Attendant’s report to the airport. A Flight Attendant on ready reserve may be assigned a trip(s) or portions of a trip(s) commencing within the six (6) hour period. Upon completion of a ready reserve assignment, a Flight Attendant who has not been assigned will be released for the remainder of the calendar day or for legal rest, whichever is longer.
3. A Flight Attendant who is assigned Ready Reserve may not be scheduled for duty in excess of twelve (12) hours inclusive of home reserve time, Airport Reserve sit time and any flight assignment(s), unless agreed to by the Flight Attendant.
4. A Flight Attendant on ready reserve will receive per diem at the rates set forth in the Travel Expense Section.
5. Flight Attendants assigned Ready Reserve will be paid four (4) credit hours or actual hours flown whichever is greater. If duty time exceeds ten (10) hours Flight Attendants will be paid five credit hour or actual hours flown whichever is greater.
6. The Company will provide access to suitable space for Flight Attendants assigned Ready Reserve at each designated crew base.
