Increased Usage. Purchaser may, from time to time, elect to increase their usage of the SaaS Solution in excess of applicable Use Restrictions. Purchaser will have the right to make such increase and Vendor will be obligated to provide and permit such increased usage of the SaaS Solution and all applicable SaaS Enabling Software at the pricing and on the conditions set forth in the Agreement. If the SaaS Solution is eligible for volume pricing and the increased Use raises the Use above the applicable threshold, the new volume discount will be applied to all Subscription Fees.
Increased Usage. Increased Usage will be billed if the User requires the installation of additional accounts/districts beyond what their current Usage Code allows.
Increased Usage. Should Licensee desire to increase its use of the Software beyond that which it had contracted for, Licensee agrees that pricing for the increased usage will be at the then current rates.
Increased Usage. 10.1 In the event that use of a licensed product, provided as part of the Services, exceeds any Product Subscription Limits agreed on an Order Form, the Client shall promptly notify TalenTeam.
Increased Usage. 5.1 In the event that the Licensee wishes to exceed its Limits as agreed on a specific plan or client arrangement, it shall notify Xxxxxx Xxxx accordingly. On receipt of such notice Xxxxxx Xxxx shall, subject to the Server Limits as set out on the Order Form, provide to the Licensee within 10 days the Additional levels(s) requested by the Licensee.
