Increased Usage Sample Clauses

Increased Usage. Purchaser may, from time to time, elect to increase their usage of the SaaS Solution in excess of applicable Use Restrictions. Purchaser will have the right to make such increase and Vendor will be obligated to provide and permit such increased usage of the SaaS Solution and all applicable SaaS Enabling Software at the pricing and on the conditions set forth in the Agreement. If the SaaS Solution is eligible for volume pricing and the increased Use raises the Use above the applicable threshold, the new volume discount will be applied to all Subscription Fees.

Increased Usage. Increased Usage will be billed if the User requires the installation of additional accounts/districts beyond what their current Usage Code allows.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.
