Increases in Project Funding. The Funding Amount may, in WRCOG’s sole discretion, be augmented with additional TUMF Program Funds if the TUMF Nexus Study is amended to increase the maximum eligible TUMF share for the Project. Any such increase in the Funding Amount must be approved in writing by WRCOG’s Executive Director. In no case shall the amount of TUMF Program Funds allocated to the AGENCY exceed the then-current maximum eligible TUMF share for the Project. No such increased funding shall be expended to pay for any Project already completed. For purposes of this Agreement, the Project or any portion thereof shall be deemed complete upon its acceptance by WRCOG’s Executive Director which shall be communicated to the AGENCY in writing.

In no case shall the amount of Program Funds allocated to the AGENCY for the Project in Round I exceed the maximum funding allocation for the AGENCY, as listed in Exhibit “A”. No such increased funding shall be expended to pay for any Project already completed.
