Incremental Advance in Salary. An Employee will be entitled, following the appointment at a particular incremental step in the salary scale in Schedule 1, to progress to the next higher incremental step of the scale after 12 calendar months of full time service. Part-time band 1 Employees will be entitled to progress to the next Woodcroft College Enterprise Agreement 2011 higher incremental step of the scale after 12 months equivalent full-time teaching experience, wherever gained.

  • ANNUAL INCREMENT (1) Staff shall be entitled to an annual increment which shall be negotiated with the Union annually.
