Incremental Advance in Salary. 3.1 An Employee will be entitled following the appointment at a particular incremental step in the salary scale in Schedule 1 to progress to the next higher incremental step of the scale after 12 calendar months of full time service. Part-time Band 1 Employees will be entitled to progress to the next higher incremental step of the scale after 12 months’ equivalent full time teaching experience wherever gained.

  • Termination; Advance Payments Upon termination of this Lease pursuant to Paragraph 6.2(g) or Paragraph 9, an equitable adjustment shall be made concerning advance Base Rent and any other advance payments made by Lessee to Lessor. Lessor shall, in addition, return to Lessee so much of Lessee's Security Deposit as has not been, or is not then required to be, used by Lessor.

  • Commitment of Current Revenues Only In the event that, during any term hereof, the Commissioners Court does not appropriate sufficient funds to meet the obligations of County under this Agreement, County may terminate this Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to Company. The parties intend this provision to be a continuing right to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of each budget period of County.   • Annual Increments ‌ 12.1 Employees will proceed to the maximum of their salary range by annual increments, after 12 months’ continuous service at each increment point, unless there is an adverse report on the Employee's performance or conduct which recommends the non-payment of an annual increment. 12.2 The following process will apply where a report on an Employee’s performance or conduct recommends the non-payment of an annual increment: (a) The Employee will be shown the report prior to completing 12 months’ continuous service since their last incremental advance; (b) The Employee will be provided with an opportunity to comment in writing; (c) The Employee’s comments will be considered immediately by the Employer and a decision made as to whether to approve the payment of the increment or withhold payment for a specific period; and (d) Where the increment is withheld, the Employer before the expiry of the specified period will complete a further report and the above provisions will apply. 12.3 The non-payment of an increment will not change the normal anniversary date of any further increment payments. 12.4 For the purposes of this clause "continuous service", except where an increment is payable according to age, will not include any period: (a) exceeding 14 calendar days during which an Employee is absent on Leave Without Pay. In the case of leave without pay which exceeds 14 calendar days the entire period of such Leave Without Pay is excised in full; (b) which exceeds six (6) months in one continuous period during which an Employee is absent on workers' compensation. Provided that only that portion of such continuous absence which exceeds six (6) months will not count as "continuous service"; and (c) which exceeds three (3) months in one (1) continuous period during which an Employee is absent on Personal Leave without pay. Provided that only that portion of such continuous absence which exceeds three (3) months will not count as "continuous service".

  • Advance Payments The Employer agrees to issue advance payments of estimated net salary for vacation periods of two (2) or more complete weeks, providing a written request for such advance payment is received from the employee at least six (6) weeks prior to the last pay before the employee’s vacation period commences, and providing the employee has been authorized to proceed on vacation leave for the period concerned. Pay in advance of going on vacation shall be made prior to departure. Any overpayment in respect of such pay advances shall be an immediate first charge against any subsequent pay entitlement and shall be recovered in full prior to any further payment of salary.

  • Term Advances The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of each Term Lender the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Term Advances in quarterly installments each equal to $412,500 (which is equal to five percent (5%) of $8,250,000). Such quarterly installments shall be due and payable on each March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st, commencing with December 31, 2012, and a final installment of the remaining, unpaid principal balance of the Term Advances payable on the Term Maturity Date.

  • Date Increment Due Increments shall accrue and become due and payable on the next day following completion of required service as an employee in the class, unless otherwise provided herein.

  • Term Loan Advances Subject to Section 2.5(b), the principal amount outstanding under each Term Loan Advance shall accrue interest at a floating per annum rate equal to two and three quarters of one percent (2.75%) above the Prime Rate, which interest shall be payable monthly in accordance with Section 2.5(d) below.
