Industry Panel. The parties agree there shall be a representative on behalf of the employer and employees who will meet with representatives of the relevant superannuation fund to ensure the lawful obligations of the employer are being met. The parties understand this will involve access to employer and employee information by the superannuation fund to such nominated representatives.

Industry Panel. The Union will endeavour to meet with representatives of BSCAA and AIP on a regular basis to discuss issues of common interest. One of the purposes of these meetings is to identify whether any Employers have been failing to meet their obligations and if so, what can be done to address the matter. The employer party to this agreement consents to AIP releasing information to the parties of the panel that are deemed relevant for the panel to perform the investigations as required.   • INDUSTRY FUND a. The Employer shall contribute and remit such contributions to the Union’s Industry Fund as specified in Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement.

  • Industry Standards Supplier will implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures that comply with Industry Standards in all applicable goods, services, equipment, software systems and platforms that Supplier uses to access, process and/or store Accenture Data. “Industry Standards” means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.
