Infants. 6.3.1 For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, an infant is any child under the age of 2 (two) years (on the date of travel). Infants may fly at the prevailing administration fee per Sector provided he/she sits on an adult's lap (an approved safety restraint for the infant shall be provided);
6.3.2 only 1 (one) infant is allowed per 1 (one) adult, per 3 (three) Seats on either side of the aisle;
6.3.3 one baby Seat or perambulator/stroller per child under the age of 3 (three) years old is allowed to travel with the Passenger free of charge within the aircraft hold;
6.3.4 infants must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian and proof of such relationship shall be provided upon request;
6.3.5 although infants do not occupy a Seat they must however be reflected on the Booking Confirmation;
6.3.6 a child over the age of 2 (two) years will require their own Booking Confirmation and separate Seat like any other Passenger;
6.3.7 a carry-on bag for the infant is allowed, provided it complies with the required dimensions;
6.3.8 Passengers with infants or children under the age of 16 (sixteen) will not be allowed to sit in any emergency exit rows (as per Clause 5.3.4);
6.3.9 newborn babies less than 7 (seven) days old will not be accepted for carriage; and
6.3.10 infants will be charged a percentage of the adult fare.

Infants. Under two (2) years of age, infants are accepted at no additional charge if seated on the lap of an adult Passenger. Proof of age of the infant Passenger may be required. An FAA or aircraft-approved infant or child-safety seat (“CRS”) may be used on board when a seat is purchased for the infant. For some destinations (typically international) even when an infant travels free of charge, government taxes may apply. Travel by air for infants less than 7 days of age is not recommended and we suggest Customers consult their physicians for further guidance. Infant travel policies differ for each airline partner so it is important to check with each individual airline if you have a connecting itinerary.
Infants. 5 Days a Week
Infants. Children under 3 years of age (have ID document ready) experience a completely free stay, but must be included in the reservation. Bed linen is not automatically provided. An additional set of linen can be booked for € 5.00. Please note that the maximum number of persons in the lodge may not be exceeded with an infant. We charge a minimum of one park entrance per person per stay. If you book several nights and only pay one park entrance fee, you must leave the entire park area for the day without an entrance ticket between 10:00 and 16:00 and hand in the key to the lodge and the gate card to the area at the reception. After two consecutive days of paid admission, further admission is free of charge. A discount can be credited once per stay if there is at least one full-paying guest. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. A combination with other benefits, discounts or promotions is excluded. If you are on the park grounds without a valid admission ticket, Serengeti Park reserves the right to charge you double the admission price for that day.

Infants. A passenger of legal age may travel with an infant under two in their care without the right to a seat or free baggage allowance. Unaccompanied infants or infants accompanied by minors will not be allowed.
Infants. Any infant accompanying a working parent in the classroom must be carried in a front carrier or backpack at all times.
Infants. An infant is not absolutely incapable of binding himself, but is, generally speaking, incapable of absolutely binding himself by contract. His acts and contracts are voidable at his option, subject to certain statutory and other exceptions. No action shall be maintained whereby to charge any person upon any promise made after full age to pay any debt contracted during infancy, or upon any ratification after full age of any promise or simple contract made during infancy, unless the promise or ratification is made by some writing signed by the party to be charged therewith or by his agent duly authorized to make the promise or ratification. In the United Kingdom Lord Tenterden's Act has been superseded by the Infants' Relief Act, 1874, which provides as follows:
1. All contracts, whether by specialty or by simple contract, henceforth entered into by infants for the repayment of money lent or to be lent, or for goods supplied or to be supplied (other than contracts for necessaries), and all accounts stated with infants, shall be absolutely void: Provided always, that this enactment shall not invalidate any contract into which an infant may, by any existing or future statute, or by the rules of common law or equity, enter, except such as now by law are voidable.
2. No action shall be brought whereby to charge any person upon any promise made after full age to pay any debt contracted during infancy, or upon any ratification made after full age of any promise or contract made during infancy, whether there shall or shall not be any new-consideration for such promise or ratification after full age. THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: The Sale of Goods Act (Ont. s. 2; U- K. s. 62) provides:
