BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. 10.1 Air carriers publish baggage allowances applicable for carriage over their own services. Allowances include cabin baggage and checked baggage. The Customer and Traveller must consult the terms and conditions of the applicable air carrier for restrictions on the number and weight/size of baggage, including carry-ons, and the applicable baggage allowances, on chartered and scheduled services. 10.2 ATPI is not responsible or liable for any misinformation, additional costs or damages incurred by the Customer or the Traveller in relation with the allowed number and weight/size of baggage, baggage allowances and baggage safety requirements of an air carrier. Lost or damaged baggage is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the air carrier, which may have limited liability, and all complaints and claims in relation thereto may only be made to the air carrier. In the event of damaged, lost or delayed baggage, the Customer and/or Traveller should contact the applicable air carrier representative prior to leaving the airport or follow such process as the relevant air carrier requires.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. Carrier will allow Passengers with Confirmed Reservations the following checked baggage allowance: A. Each ticketed passenger may check two suitcases weighing fifty (50) pounds each. All In fare passengers may check a total of three bags weighing fifty (50) pounds each. B. Mobility and Assistive Devices which cannot be carried in the cabin due to space limitations will be considered checked baggage in addition to the included baggage allowance, without charge, provided the Passenger is dependent upon such items. C. One musical instrument packed in a hard-sided container may be transported as the Passenger’s checked baggage in accordance with the included baggage allowance if meeting the size and weight restrictions contained in Section 12A. In the case of large or additional musical instruments, excess baggage charges described in Section 13 may apply.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. The client acknowledges that the client is aware that different airlines have different baggage weight allowance, that some airlines don’t allow extra weight for sporting equipment, that airlines mostly don’t allow spreading of baggage allowance between members of the group that there is a fee payable for excess luggage. The airline baggage weight rules are sometimes ambiguous and the client undertakes to confirm the applicable baggage allowance rules with the airlines directly shortly before departure. The Company accepts no responsibility for excess baggage at any time.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. 3.1: Lessee shall have the right to utilize available passenger seats of the aircraft with 30kgs maximum free baggage allowance for each passenger. 3.2: Subject to Lessor’s Operation Department approval: a. The Lessee has the right to charge and collect Excess baggage revenue if any. b. The Lessee has the right to take cargo as per aircraft configuration and dimension, c. Revenue from cargo carriage will not have effect on calculating of Load Factor Percentage set forth in article 2.1.e.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. CABIN BAGGAGE Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, only one piece of hand baggage per passenger will be permitted in the cabin. Where applicable, this item should weigh no more than 5 kilos with the maximum dimensions 56 x 45 x 25cm (including all handles, side pockets and wheels), and should include no sharp items. It must be able to fit under the seat or in the overhead locker. HOLD BAGGAGE The weight of the baggage permitted for carriage in the hold of the aircraft is 20 kilos per passenger, unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing. Carriage of excess baggage will be undertaken subject to space and availability on the day. MAXIMUM PIECE WEIGHT Health and Safety regulations require us to limit the maximum weight per single item of baggage to 32kgs. Individual items or bags exceeding 32kgs cannot be accepted for carriage and passengers will be required to repack their luggage. This does not affect the baggage allowance. RESTRICTED ARTICLES Very strict legislation exists on the carriage of flammable or poisonous substances. Items such as paint, varnish, lighter fuel, gas refills for hair stylers, fireworks or party poppers cannot be carried. Pistols cannot be carried and the regulations concerning the carriage of sporting guns or the rules on restricted items can be obtained from our Operations department. The following items are not generally permitted for carriage in the aircraft cabin with you: Toy or replica guns, Catapults, Household cutlery, Knives with blades of any length, Paper knives, Razor blades, Tradesmen's tools, Darts, Scissors, Knitting needles, Sporting bats (e.g. Cricket), Billiard and snooker or pool cues. All of these items must be carried in your hold baggage. The following dangerous articles are not permitted in baggage whether cabin or hold baggage:  Gas cylinders. Deeply refrigerated flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous gases such as butane, oxygen, propane, and aqualung cylinders. Includes butane gas (eg for use with heated hair appliances) camping gas, and chef's blowtorches.  Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter or heater fuels, paint, and matches (except one box of matches or one refillable cigarette lighter as provided below). Please note that passengers may only carry on their person one box of safety matches. These must be carried on the person and are NOT permitted in cabin baggage or in hold baggage. Cigarette lighters are NOT permitted.  Poisons such as insecticides, weed killers, arsenic, ...
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE. Each group is responsible for any/all charges imposed directly from airlines. Currently, most airlines charge $25 for the 1st standard sized bag and $35 for the 2nd standard sized bag. During the Hawaii ground portion of your tour, one standard sized suitcase and one carry-on is allowed per person. Travelers may be responsible for expenses for ground transportation and/or storage of oversize luggage/equipment.
