Informal – Immediate Supervisor. The employee must first attempt to resolve a grievance verbally with his/her immediate supervisor as soon as possible. Every effort shall be made to find an acceptable solution to the grievance informally at this level.

Informal – Immediate Supervisor. A. An aggrieved party shall present an alleged grievance to their immediate supervisor orally and informally, with the objective of resolving the matter.
Informal – Immediate Supervisor. The grievant shall notify his/her immediate supervisor of the potential for a grievance and request to meet with his/her immediate supervisor in order to resolve the problem. The immediate supervisor shall meet with the grievant within two (2) days and attempt to resolve the grievance. The immediate supervisor shall respond within three (3) days of his/her meeting with the employee.
