INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. All partners agree to develop a common method to refer customers among the partners. Workforce Development Partners, under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), will abide by the confidentiality standards written in the Iowa Administrative Code 217.30. These standards allow the employees of the partner agencies to release safe data (as defined by policy) to other partners, only on an as need to know basis. If a partner does not follow the standards of Iowa Administrative Code 217.30, then the agency will need to show they abide by comparable standards by requesting a standards test review to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) support team. As allowed by Iowa Administrative Code 217.30, or approved comparable standards, safe data can be released to all partners needing to know without requiring a written consent. All partners will abide by their policies of confidentiality when exchanging customer secured data. Exchanging customer information with non-partners will follow agency policies of confidentiality.

INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. You can never guarantee confidentiality to a child, or vulnerable adult4. Information should always be shared if you think a child or vulnerable adult is suffering, or likely to suffer, abuse. More information can be found in Appendix 2. The protection of children and vulnerable adults must take precedence over other legal rights. Please be assured that as long as information is shared in an appropriate manner and in good faith, the law will protect you. You should ensure that the information you share is necessary for the purpose for which you are sharing it, is shared only with those individuals who need to have it, is accurate and shared promptly.
INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. The parties will work together to share information as permitted by law. SROs shall maintain the confidentiality of PCSD information in accordance with Titles 19, 22, and 24 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, as well as the Family Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations. SROs shall not have access to Infinite Campus or other school information systems.
INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. (a) During the term of this Agreement, each party shall promptly furnish (and shall cause its Affiliates and/or sublicensees, if any, promptly to furnish) to the other any information concerning safety or utility of the Product, including adverse or unexpected side effects, injury or other events associated with uses, studies, investigations or tests of the Product, whether or not such party is required to report such events to regulatory authorities and whether or not such event is determined to be attributable to the Product.
INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. Each party will provide the other party, in confidence, with technical information and marketing information regarding Products, that is necessary to the other party's effective performance of its functions under this Agreement. The obligations of confidentiality specified in this Paragraph 11 shall not apply to any Confidential Information which (1) is at the time of disclosure or thereafter becomes, other than through the fault of the receiving party, generally available to the public, (2) was known to the receiving party prior to the disclosure thereof by the other party, (3) is disclosed to the receiving party by a third party who is not thereby in breach of any confidentiality obligation to the other party with respect thereto, or (4) is independently developed by the receiving party as evidenced by its records. Donlar will keep confidential and not disclose to any person or entity that Donlar is manufacturing and supplying the Products to National Starch, except insurance or regulatory or other governmental agencies or bodies or investors or potential investors in Donlar requesting said information, or in the event the same is to be disclosed pursuant to court order. The provisions of Paragraph 10 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
INFORMATION SHARING/CONFIDENTIALITY. Information will be shared between EWSD, EPD, and the public by the DLO, in accordance with laws, legal requirements, guidelines, and policies currently in existence and used by the school and police department. The DLO will act as the liaison and conduit of related information between the school/police organizations. All federal rules and regulations as outlined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) must be followed. The EPD understands and agrees that in the course of the DLO's service, they may receive and become aware of financial information, health information, student information, employee information, projects, and practices relating to EWSD. EPD and its agents hereby acknowledge the sensitivity and confidential nature of such information, and covenants and agree to keep all such information strictly confidential, outside of what is appropriate and necessary in the course of an investigation or duties as outlined in this Agreement. In this regard, the DLO or EPD shall not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, communicate, or use the confidential is otherwise exposed to for reasons outside of this Agreement while engaged by EWSD.
