INFORMING MATERIALS. CONTRACTOR is responsible to distribute informing materials 13 and provider lists that meet the content requirements of 42 CRF 438.100 to beneficiaries when they first 14 access SUD services through the DMC-ODS and on request. Informing materials will be provided by 15 ADMINISTRATOR.
INFORMING MATERIALS. Any outreach and educational materials must be approved by the State in advance of printing or distribution. Some printed materials will be written and produced by the State and other material will be written and produced by the Contractor as agreed upon in advance of production. At the State’s direction, the Contractor is responsible for writing, updating and producing both the PC Plus enrollment kit and any bus voucher program materials annually. All written materials must be updated on a timely basis, and within the scope of available funds, to accurately reflect changes in policies, procedures and schedules. All materials will be branded with the appropriate state logos, and will not display Contractor logos.
INFORMING MATERIALS. Contractor shall comply with policies, procedures and guidelines pertaining to ACBHD’s Client Informing Materials and Client Rights. Contractor shall prominently post the ACBHD grievance and appeals poster in each of the Alameda County threshold languages. Contractor shall ensure that ACBHD grievance and appeals materials are accessible to clients without need to request (such as by placing hard copies in the reception area of service location).
