Initial Clothing Issue. Upon commencement on the Project, the Company will issue to each weekly hired Employee the following protective clothing, equipment and footwear: • one pair of Project-approved safety footwear; • three pairs of long pants and three long-sleeved shirts or alternatively three pairs of overalls (Employee’s choice), suitable for trade work being performed; • one safety helmet (with substantial add-on shade “brim”); and • one pair of approved safety glasses (tinted or non-tinted as per Employee’s choice). The Company will also make available sunscreen (SPF 30+) for Employees engaged in outside work. It is a condition of issue and of employment that the issued equipment will be worn whilst on-site. Replacement of issued equipment that is lost by the Employee is the responsibility of the Employee. A Hi Vis Vest with reflective striping will be provided during the earth works phase of the Project.

  • DHS Seal, Logo, and Flags The Contractor shall not use the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likeness of DHS agency officials without specific FEMA pre-approval.

  • Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Public Offering The Company is advised by you that the Underwriters propose to make a public offering of their respective portions of the Securities as soon after the Registration Statement and this Agreement have become effective as in your judgment is advisable. The Company is further advised by you that the Securities are to be offered to the public upon the terms set forth in the Prospectus.

  • No General Solicitation Neither the Company nor any person acting on behalf of the Company has offered or sold any of the Securities by any form of general solicitation or general advertising. The Company has offered the Securities for sale only to the Purchasers and certain other “accredited investors” within the meaning of Rule 501 under the Securities Act.

  • PRACTICAL PLACEMENTS 8.1 If a Skills First Student is to undertake a Practical Placement, the Training Provider must enter into a written Practical Placement agreement.
