Initial Task Order. The Initial Task Order under the Contract shall be invoiced in accordance with the clauses and procedures of the Contract and payment schedule established in the Initial Task Order. j. Billing and Prices – Less than one cent: All CLIN Task Order total prices and invoices shall be rounded up to a cent, if the quantity of units multiplied by the unit price results in a number with greater than two decimal places, to result in billing price or CLIN price with two decimal places. For example, if a fixed unit price was 0.00073 and the invoice was for a quantity of 20 units the total of 0.0146 would be rounded up to $0.02. The total of invoices may not exceed the funding on the CLIN as a result of this process. The last invoice for the full amount of unit quantities on the CLIN would invoice for the quantities delivered and at the amount which would total the total funding of the CLIN. This would result in the total quantity of units being delivered and total value of the CLIN being paid. E.

Initial Task Order. (a) Each awardee will receive an initial task order to attend a post award kick-off meeting which will meet the contract minimum requirement. The initial task order will require at least two contractor staff to attend, one of whom shall be the IDIQ Program Manager. The post award kick-off meeting will be conducted within 60 days after award in Virginia Beach, VA. (b) The contract minimum order is established at a firm fixed price of $2,500 per contract. The funds are to be used by the contractor to pay for attendance at the post award kick-off meeting. The Government will not pay any costs incurred above this amount.

  • Contract Task Order A- E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The County Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with County Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by County Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned County Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by County Project Management staff.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement.   • Task Orders A. Some tasks and Services will be assigned to the Consultant through issuance of Task Orders. After the tasks and Services are identified and communicated to the Consultant by Valley Water Project Manager, Consultant will prepare a proposed Task Order (see Standard Consultant Agreement, Appendix Three Task Order Template). The proposed Task must identify the following: 1) Description of the services, including deliverables; 2) The total Not-to-Exceed Fees for Consultant to complete the services, including estimated number of hours per assigned staff to complete the services; 3) Proposed staff that will be assigned to complete the services, including resumes if not previously provided to Valley Water’s Project Manager; 4) Estimated cost of each other direct cost and reimbursable expense, including any applicable fees; 5) Schedule for completing the services; and 6) Copies of applicable state and federal permits required to complete the services, unless previously provided to Valley Water. B. Consultant agrees that the Not-to-Exceed Fees specified in a proposed Task Order will be the product of a good faith effort in exercising its professional judgment. After an agreement has been reached on the negotiable items, the finalized Task Order will be signed by both Valley Water’s authorized representative referenced in the Standard Consultant Agreement, Appendix One Additional Legal Terms (Appendix One), and Consultant’s authorized representative. C. Consultant must not commence performance of work or services on a Task Order until it has been approved by Valley Water’s authorized representative and Notice to Proceed has been issued by Valley Water Project Manager. No payment will be made for any services performed prior to approval or after the period of performance of the Task Order. The period of performance for Task Orders will be in accordance with dates specified in the Task Order. No Task Order will be written which extends beyond the expiration date of this Agreement. The total amount payable by Valley Water for an individual Task Order will not exceed the amount agreed to in the Task Order.

  • Stop Work Order (a) NYSERDA may at any time, by written Order to the Contractor, require the Contractor to stop all or any part of the Work called for by this Agreement for a period of up to ninety (90) days after the Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree. Any such order shall be specifically identified as a Stop Work Order issued pursuant to this Section. Upon receipt of such an Order, the Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Work covered by the Order during the period of work stoppage consistent with public health and safety. Within a period of ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, NYSERDA shall either: (i) by written notice to the Contractor, cancel the Stop Work Order, which shall be effective as provided in such cancellation notice, or if not specified therein, upon receipt by the Contractor, or (ii) terminate the Work covered by such order as provided in the Termination Section of this Agreement. (b) If a Stop Work Order issued under this Section is cancelled or the period of the Order or any extension thereof expires, the Contractor shall resume Work. An equitable adjustment shall be made in the delivery schedule, the estimated cost, the fee, if any, or a combination thereof, and in any other provisions of the Agreement that may be affected, and the Agreement shall be modified in writing accordingly, if: (i) the Stop Work Order results in an increase in the time required for, or in the Contractor’s cost properly allocable to, the performance of any part of this Agreement, and (ii) the Contractor asserts a claim for such adjustments within 30 days after the end of the period of Work stoppage; provided that, if NYSERDA decides the facts justify such action, NYSERDA may receive and act upon any such claim asserted at any time prior to final payment under this Agreement. (c) If a Stop Work Order is not cancelled and the Work covered by such Order is terminated, the reasonable costs resulting from the Stop Work Order shall be allowed by equitable adjustment or otherwise. (d) Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 12.01, the maximum amount payable by NYSERDA to the Contractor pursuant to this Section 12.01 shall not be increased or deemed to be increased except by specific written amendment hereto.
