Inspection and Testing of Work. The Contractor shall maintain an adequate inspection system and perform such inspections as will ensure that the Work conforms to Contract requirements. The Contractor shall maintain complete inspection records and make them available to the Authority Immediately upon request. All Work is subject to inspection and testing by the Authority at all places and at all reasonable times before acceptance to ensure strict compliance with the terms of the Contract. Inspection and Testing of Work. (a) Unless otherwise provided, all equipment, supplies, materials, and Work shall be subject to inspection and testing by Agency’s Representative. Agency’s Representative will observe the progress and quality of the Work and determine, in general, if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract. Agency’s Representative shall not be required to make comprehensive or continuous inspections to check the quality of the Work, and he or she shall not be responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work. Observations, inspections or testing by Agency’s Representative shall not relieve Contractor of its obligation to conduct comprehensive inspections of the Work and to furnish proper materials, labor, equipment and tools, and perform acceptable Work, and to provide adequate safety precautions, in conformity with the Contract.
Inspection and Testing of Work. The Council and its representatives shall at all times have access to and the right to review and inspect the Work. Such reviews, inspections or verbal approval of the Work are not to be interpreted as the Council's acceptance of the Work or a waiver of Contract requirements.
