Possible Indicators: Establishes objectives consistent with individual pupil learning needs and state Essential Academic Learning Requirements. Identifies and implements local school district goals, objectives and policies with affect instructional decisions, curricular outcomes, school and classroom procedures, etc. Assesses student performance to monitor and improve instruction (including re- teaching if necessary). Integrates available technology into instruction and assessment when appropriate. Relates previous learning of knowledge of students to design current educational experiences. Selects subject matter, which is appropriate to the cultural differences, abilities, needs and interests of the students.
