Interactive Media. The parties to this agreement will offer advanced courses in accordance with this written agreement. KDE programs of study will conform to the curriculum guidelines developed by the joint curriculum committee and will be available for review on the KDE website (xxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx). KDE further agrees that the Career and Technical Education Program of Studies will encourage the integration of technical and academic content in a meaningful, applied way, and that, when possible, instructors of all courses will implement applied teaching techniques as appropriate to classroom content. The parties agree that there will be no charge to students for any articulated credit covered in this agreement, either when the course is taken as a secondary student or when the student enrolls at The University of the Cumberlands transcription of these credits. The parties further agree that the KDE personnel and UC will maintain relationships that will permit continued development, refinement and implementation of all components of the program, including evaluation, marketing, counseling, recruitment and retention plans.

The Sponsor’s logo with the reference ['sponsored by'/'brought to you by'/'... presents'] is displayed in the footer of all of the websites of the Tournament. An image and text introducing the Sponsor with the reference ['sponsored by'/'brought to you by'/'... presents'] is published on the Sponsor page of the Website. The Sponsor is given the opportunity to present its static advertising banner on the opening page of the Tournament from [insert date] to [insert date]. The banner is produced by the Sponsor. Sponsor-related news coverage and other messages from the Sponsor is disseminated on the [insert appropriate: Facebook, Instagram etc] pages of the Tournament. The content of the news or message is produced by the Sponsor who coordinates it with the Organiser before publishing. The Sponsor’s logo with the reference ['sponsored by'/'brought to you by'/'... presents'] is displayed in the newsletters of the Tournament. The Sponsor’s news and messages are published in the Tournament newsletter. The content of the news and messages is produced by the Sponsor who coordinates it with the Organiser before publishing. In addition, the Sponsor is presented in an announcement aimed at presenting sponsors and supporters. The Sponsor is mentioned as a/the sponsor in the press releases of the Tournament displayed on the Website and disseminated to the media. The content of the press release coverage of the Sponsor is coordinated with the Sponsor before releasing it to the press. In the online part of the Tournament, the Organiser must present the Sponsor’s logo with the reference ['sponsored by'/'brought to you by'/'... presents'] and the Sponsor’s commercials and advertisements in the respective online venue. The Sponsor is authorised to use the Tournament’s insignia in the Sponsor’s own online environments related to the Tournament.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.

  • Mobility The ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces at the normal place of residence.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
