Interim Directive. In appropriate circumstances the Assistant Xxxx may impose an interim "no contact" and/or "ban from participation" directive prior to the Preliminary Conference. The Assistant Xxxx may issue such a directive when the alleged misconduct poses a health and safety concern to the university community and/or a disruption to the educational environment.

Interim Directive. 8.2.1. Owner may issue an Interim Directive directing a change in the Work before agreeing on an adjustment, if any, in the Contract Price or the Date of Substantial Completion or the Date of Final Completion, and if appropriate, the compensation for Design services or directing Design-Builder to perform Work that Owner believes is not a change.   • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union recognize the role of the joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee in promoting a safe and healthful workplace.   • Health and Safety Representative Meetings 13.1 A health and safety representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend occupational health and safety matters, including meetings affecting employees they represent, providing that the Representative informs their manager.
