Interim Superintendent's Duties. The Interim Superintendent’s duties shall be as prescribed by statute and by Board policies, rules, regulations and directives. The Interim Superintendent agrees to devote his time, skill, labor and attention to his duties throughout the contract term. The Interim Superintendent shall be subject to the direction and control of the Board at all times and shall perform such administrative duties as the Board assigns to him. By agreement with the Board, the Interim Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations as long as they do not interfere with carrying out his duties and obligations to the District.
Interim Superintendent's Duties. The Interim Superintendent is the chief executive officer of the District and shall faithfully perform the duties of Superintendent of Schools for the District as required by law and as may be assigned by the Board, and shall comply with all Board directives, State of Florida and Federal laws, and District policies, rules, and regulations as they exist or may hereinafter be adopted or amended. The Interim Superintendent agrees to devote his full time and energy to the performance of those duties in a faithful, diligent, and efficient manner.
Interim Superintendent's Duties. The Interim Superintendent shall perform the duties of the Superintendent. The Interim Superintendent shall have the authority to sign any document requiring the Superintendent’s signature using the title “Superintendent.”
Interim Superintendent's Duties. The Interim Superintendent is hereby employed as District Superintendent and agrees to satisfactorily perform the duties of District Interim Superintendent as prescribed by the laws of the State of California and the District's job description for the position of Interim Superintendent, if any. Interim Superintendent shall also perform the following services in a manner satisfactory to the Board:
