DUTIES OF DISTRICT. In accordance with this Agreement, the District may:
A. Allow District personnel to attend out-of-district inservice programs.
B. Provide in-kind services such as copying, secretarial time when consultant is in District, use of telephone, etc.
C. Pay necessary membership assessments to NWESD. Delinquent accounts may be assessed an interest charge of one percent (1%) per month. The basic fee for Cooperative membership shall be $13,625.00. In addition, the member districts shall pay a size factor equal to $2.50 per full time equivalent student based on October 2020 enrollment. In accordance with this Agreement, the District shall:
A. Designate who may contact the attorney for advice.
B. Waive any locally established procurement requirements that are more restrictive than those established by statute for fees/purchases initiated pursuant to this Agreement.
C. Not use federal funds for payment of any fees/purchases related to this Agreement, unless it provides prior written notice to the NWESD Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Compliance. This will assure the District and NWESD can proactively explore and meet any federal procurement requirements.
DUTIES OF DISTRICT. In accordance with this Agreement, each participating district shall:
A) Waive any locally established procurement requirements that are more restrictive than those established by statute for fees/purchases initiated pursuant to this Agreement.
B) Not use federal funds for payment of any fees/purchases related to this Agreement, unless it provides prior written notice to the NWESD Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Compliance. This will assure the District and NWESD can proactively explore and meet any federal procurement requirements.
C) Pay necessary membership fees to NWESD. Delinquent accounts are to be assessed an interest charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month.
D) Appoint one district administrator to serve on the Advisory Council, pursuant to Section V and assure this representative attends/participates in scheduled Advisory Council meetings.
E) Notify district staff of training opportunities.
F) Participate in, and support, decisions related to the setting of the annual Cooperative fees.
G) Participate in, and support, decisions related to the priorities of MLL training development.
DUTIES OF DISTRICT. In accordance with this Agreement, each participating district shall:

B) Not use federal funds for payment of any fees/purchases related to this Agreement, unless it provides prior written notice to the NWESD Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Compliance. This will assure the District and NWESD can proactively explore and meet any federal procurement requirements.
C) Pay necessary membership fees to NWESD. Delinquent accounts are to be assessed an interest charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month.
D) Appoint one district administrator to serve on the Advisory Council, pursuant to Section V and assure this representative attends/participates in scheduled Advisory Council meetings. The appointed district administrator will participate in a professional learning community.
E) Appoint up to three district ELL Specialists to attend trainings that will enhance their ability to design and deliver professional learning opportunities for classroom teachers. The appointed ELL Specialist(s) will participate in a professional learning community with their colleagues.
F) Notify the NWESD of paraeducators who will attend the paraeducator trainings (maximum of 3 paraeducators allowed unless additional capacity is available).
G) Participate in, and support, decisions related to the setting of the annual Cooperative fees.
H) Participate in, and support, decisions related to the priorities of ELL training development.
DUTIES OF DISTRICT. 1. District will assist OESD in communicating supports and services available to district personnel who would be served under this agreement. The following should be communicated to staff: • This agreement does not replace fees due to OSPI for certification. • In order to have an allowable permit printed by OESD, the application must be complete and OSPI fees must be paid.
2. District shall, in consideration of satisfactory performance of the duties set forth herein, compensate OESD in the amount of $.50 per current Student FTE as of the October Student FTE Enrollment Report of the previous school year.
DUTIES OF DISTRICT a. The DISTRICT will maintain the aquatic environment in compliance with all state and local bathing codes.
b. The DISTRICT will provide pool orientation for all YMCA staff to familiarize them with the Junior High swimming pool.
c. The DISTRICT will provide all necessary swimming pool safety and testing equipment.
d. The DISTRICT will coordinate with the morning lifeguard prior to opening the swimming pool to ensure water chemistry is appropriately balanced.
e. The DISTRICT will provide the YMCA / lifeguards with copies of the school calendar and notification of school closings and delays. Schedule changes will be provided to the YMCA Director of Aquatics in advance when possible. School District contact is: Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Junior High Principal. f. Communicate questions and concerns to the YMCA Director of Aquatics as soon as possible.
g. Contact either Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Associate Executive Director, or Xxxx Xxxx, CEO in the event the DISTRICT is forced to change the school calendar.
DUTIES OF DISTRICT. In order to permit Professional to render the services required hereunder, District shall, at its expense and in a timely manner: (a) Provide such information as Professional may reasonably require to undertake or perform the Services; (b) Promptly review any and all documents and materials submitted to District by Professional in order to avoid unreasonable delays in Professional’s performance of the Services; and (c) Promptly notify Professional of any fault or defect in the performance of Professional’s services hereunder.

C) Pay refurbishment assessments to NWESD. Delinquent accounts are to be assessed an interest charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month.
D) Provide all necessary transportation to and from the established Science Materials Center (hereinafter known as SMC) at its own expense on a pre-established schedule to meet the needs of their science materials rotation.
E) Appoint one district administrator to serve on the Advisory Council, pursuant to Section V and assure this representative attends/participates in scheduled Advisory Council meetings. The appointed district administrator will participate in a professional learning community.
F) Participate in decisions related to any special assessments, in addition to the Cooperative Fee, unexpected, but necessary, costs which might be borne by the SMC.
G) Participate in decisions related to any per-kit rate adjustments which may be appropriate should Cooperative membership and/or participation vary. .

2. District shall, in consideration of satisfactory performance of the duties set forth herein, compensate OESD in the amount of $.50 per current Student FTE (for North Kitsap School District, 5942.75 x .50, a total of $ 2,971.38 as of October 2013 Student FTE Enrollment Report.)
3. District shall pay OESD within 30 calendar days (November 1, 2014).
