International Conferences. The PARTIES agree to hold special international conferences on geothermal technology on an annual or two-year basis with Sino-Icelandic Geothermal Research and Development Center as the platform. The conference shall be hosted by Sino-Icelandic Geothermal Research and Development Center in China and Iceland. Organization shall be undertaken by the host party.
International Conferences. (a) For any international congress inside the Territory where ArQule (either itself or through a Third Party including the ArQule Partner) wishes to have a presence or make a presentation related to the Product, ArQule shall notify Basilea in advance of ArQule’s proposed presence and shall notify Basilea of its proposed activities, including any booths, displays, sponsorships, and presentations. Basilea may object to specified ArQule activities if it determines in its reasonable discretion that such proposed activities would constitute Commercialisation or medical affairs activities that would have a material adverse effect on the Product inside the Territory, in which case ArQule shall modify its proposal, or shall cause such Third Party (including the ArQule Partner) to modify its proposal, to avoid carrying out such activities. This provision shall not apply to ArQule in the United States in the event that ArQule receives a sublicense for the United States from Basilea in accordance with the terms of Article 13.
International Conferences. ‌ Eagle international conferences are focused on the research contents of the project. They will gather international contributions relevant to the project from scholars and experts. Eagle international conferences will set Eagle in the inter- national scientific discussion and will expose its best practices, aims and contents to the wider community. The aims of the International Conferences will be: • discussion and research; questioning and challenging of one major scientific question (the topic of the conference) • xxxxxx scientific discussion of topics that are related to Eagle • publish proceedings which are a major contribution to scientific research and development • liaise and network within the community of scholars, researchers and stake- holders • encourage content providers from outside the Consortium to join the Best Practice Network and to contribute their content and expertise. • encourage experts to join the three working groups • seek liaison and connection with other projects Additional events can be scheduled according to the needs and desires, in respect of the project tasks and this will be regulated by a specific methodology DOW p.72 part B A plenary meeting about the project, its tasks and it status will be organized contextually and it will precede or follow the other events, as they are occasions in which all the BPN is present and this allows to optimize time and expenditures. International conferences with Plenary meeting will result in a 3 and a half days event. Workshops and Training with Plenary meeting will result in a 2 and a half days event.   • Regulatory Notices Manager will, within 2 Business Days after its receipt, give Sprint PCS written notice of all oral and written communications it receives from regulatory authorities (including but not limited to the FCC, the FAA, state public service commissions, environmental authorities, and historic preservation authorities) and complaints respecting Manager's construction, operation, and management of the Service Area Network that could result in actions affecting the License as well as written notice of the details respecting such communications and complaints, including a copy of any written material received in connection with such communications and complaints. Manager will cooperate with Sprint PCS in responding to such communications and complaints received by Manager. Sprint PCS has the right to respond to all such communications and complaints, with counsel and consultants of its own choice. If Sprint PCS chooses to respond to such communications and complaints, Manager will not respond to them without the consent of Sprint PCS, and Manager will pay the costs of Sprint PCS' responding to such communications and complaints, including reasonable attorneys' and consultants' fees, investigation costs, and all other reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS.

  • Communications Regulatory Matters (A) Schedule 5.13(A) sets forth a true and complete list of the following information for each License issued to each Loan Party or its Subsidiaries: the name of the licensee, the type of service, the expiration date and the geographic area covered by such License.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions.
