INTERPRETIVE SIGNAGE AND EXHIBITS. Signage and exhibits may be inside park facilities or in exterior spaces throughout the parks system. In addition to standard, static displays, consider the use of interior and exterior digital media displays and interactive panels. The following is a general scope of services: • Provide signage design services and permitting, as required; • Provide meetings with the Owner at each design milestone; and • Provide fabrication and installation of designed signs and exhibits. Consultants are encouraged to form teams to provide multiple services or submit for a single service to perform any of the representative types of projects listed above. Multi- disciplinary companies are encouraged to submit for single or multiple services to perform any of the project types. Consultants are expected to organize personnel to perform the types of projects they intend to provide services for. Each multiple service proposal must identify a prime consultant. Note that during the duration of the contract, upon the Owner's written consent, an awarded prime consultant may add or remove sub-consultants to or from the initially proposed team in the Owner's interest. City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources is responsible for the development and improvement of the following types of facilities: • Community Centers • Art Centers • Theaters • Historic Properties • Museums • Waterfront Facilities • Aquatic Centers • Tennis Center • Athletic Complexes • Nature Preserves • Playgrounds • Ballfields and courts • Site Amenities including Comfort Stations and Picnic Shelters • Signage • Streetscapes • Trails • Boat launches and docks • Cemeteries • Operational and Administrative Facilities To further clarify services, project types and scope: • Typical architectural/building projects include facility assessment, building renovation and limited site renovation. Expected services include architectural, structural, MEP, land survey, landscape architectural and civil. • Typical site projects include site survey, amenity design, grading, site utilities and stormwater design. Expected services include land survey, landscape architectural and civil. • Geotechnical: projects involving borings, construction material testing and special inspections • Structural: (if stand-alone) existing structure assessment and design • MEP: (if stand-alone) existing building system assessment, upgrades and HVAC unit replacement • Abatement: Asbestos and lead paint testing, abatement design and repor...

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Schedules and Exhibits Incorporated The Schedules and Exhibits annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.
