Multiple Services. (a) Where Agility tenders more one than one service as defined herein, in the event of loss, damage or delay to goods, liability will be governed by the Schedule most favourable to Agility unless Client is able to prove that loss, damage and/or delay occurred during services defined in another Schedule hereto.
(b) Where Agility provides Freight Forwarding Services and Warehousing Services, Agility is deemed to be providing Warehousing Services from the time that a vehicle arrives at a warehouse location carrying goods for storage and until a vehicle departs a warehouse already loaded with goods for transportation.
Multiple Services. 20.1 If we supply multiple services, the special terms, prices, service terms that would apply to the different services if ordered separately apply to each of them individually within the mixture.
Multiple Services. An SLA is often a collection of documents which covers a range of service variants. Each variant may have a separate section in an SLA, and the Service Contract will point out which specific service variant has been agreed upon. In this case, each of them should be described, where relevant, by different elements presented in this document, as shown by the following figure. Typically, for a service involving concatenation of many links in a complex mesh of subcontracts, BMO have to deal with one NSP and sign-up for an end-to-end Service with a single supplier. In this case, BMO may prefer to get information about the complexity and the dependency between underpinning contracts included in the SLA.

When a person in a position to refer settlement service business, such as an attorney, xxxx- xxxx lender, real estate broker or agent, or developer or builder, receives a payment for providing additional set- tlement services as part of a real estate transaction, such payment must be for services that are actual, necessary and distinct from the primary services pro- vided by such person. For example, for an attorney of the buyer or seller to re- ceive compensation as a title agent, the attorney must perform core title agent services (for which liability arises) separate from attorney services, including the evaluation of the title search to determine the insurability of the title, the clearance of underwriting objections, the actual issuance of the policy or policies on behalf of the title insurance company, and, where cus- tomary, issuance of the title commit- ment, and the conducting of the title search and closing.

If a Consultant is providing more than one category or type of Services to ADOT for the Project (e.g., environmental services as well as procurement services) and there are differences in this Policy's considerations, standards, restrictions, limitations and outcomes applicable to those categories or types of Services, the standards, restrictions, limitations and outcomes applicable to a category that are more stringent will be applied (e.g., if a Consultant were only providing preliminary engineering services that have been completed, they may be approved to participate on a Proposer team, whereas, if they were also providing ongoing procurement services for the Project, they may not be approved to participate on a Proposer team).
Multiple Services. In addition to the Service, ATC currently delivers or may hereafter deliver one or more other products or services to a Customer. ATC is authorized, to the fullest extent and as permitted by applicable law, to set off and apply any and all payments (including portions thereof or partial payments) or deposits at any time received by ATC from Customers with respect to the Service or such other services against any and all of the obligations of a Customer to ATC irrespective of the type of service. ATC shall have sole discretion in determining the order of priority for the application of such payments among the accounts for such services, subject to applicable law. For purposes of this section only, a "Customer" shall be deemed to include all accounts for any such services at a single address. The rights of ATC hereunder are in addition to other rights and remedies that it may have.
(a) ATC Equipment. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS AND REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF ATC AND IS RENTED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR HIS/HER EXCLUSIVE USE FOR THE LENGTH Of SERVICE. IF THE SERVICE IS TERMINATED BY EITHER PARTY FOR ANY REASON, THE EQUIPMENT IS TO BE RETURNED TO ATC IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. Customer agrees not to remove, disturb or alter any Equipment and will not hire or permit anyone other than an accredited representative of ATC to perform any work on the Equipment. Customer acknowledges that the Equipment is merely a means through which the Service is provided by ATC and may be removed or changed by ATC at its discretion as it deems appropriate. Customer agrees not to use the Equipment for any purpose other than to use the Service pursuant to this Agreement. Customer shall not sell, transfer, lease, encumber or assign all or any part of the Equipment to any third party. Customer will not relocate the Equipment to a new address without the consent of ATC. Upon receipt of a request by Customer, ATC may, at an additional charge, relocate the Equipment at a time agreed to with Customer. If Customer changes its Service address or location, Customer will contact ATC for additional information concerning the possibility, costs and procedures for transferring the Equipment and Service to Customer's new location. Customer shall pay to ATC the full manufacturer's suggested retail price for the replacement of any lost, stolen, unreturned, damaged, sold, transferred, leased, encumbered or assigned Equipment or part thereof, together with any incidental costs incurred by ATC relati...
Multiple Services. In the event that Customer’s facility is fed by more than one APS electrical service, Customer shall:
(A) Have controls and operating procedures that are acceptable to APS to ensure that services will never be paralleled; and
(B) Ensure that the GF is never connected to an electrical service other than the one specified in Customer’s Interconnection Application and/or Interconnection Agreement. Additional information is given in Section 104.12 “Protection and Isolation Requirements for Multiple Utility Services to a Customer Facility” of the APS ESRM.
