Involuntary Transfer and Reassignment. 6-2-1 The Board and the Association recognize that some involuntary transfer of Educators from one school to another or reassignment within a school is unavoidable. They also recognize that under normal circumstances transfer or reassignment of Educators should be held to a minimum. Therefore, they agree as follows:
