Issuance of Stop Work Order. The Exchange Project Director may, at any time, by written stop work order to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the work called for by this Agreement for a period of up to 90 Days after the stop work order is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree. The stop work order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this Section. Upon receipt of the stop work order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all steps necessary and feasible to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the stop work order during the period of work stoppage. The Work Plan shall be delayed on a Day-for-Day basis if the Exchange Project Director has issued a stop work order to Contractor and such stop work order is causing delays in completing Services in accordance with the Work Plan. The Work Plan may be delayed in addition to the Day-for- Day delays provided in the preceding sentence upon approval by the Exchange Project Director. Within a period of 90 Days after a stop work order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the Exchange Project Director shall either:

The stop work order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued under this Section 22. Upon receipt of the stop work order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the stop work order during the period of work stoppage. Within the period of the stop work order, the State shall either: (a) cancel the stop work order; or (b) terminate the work covered by the stop work order as provided in Section 19 of the Contract.
Issuance of Stop Work Order. The Contractor will be issued an immediate stop-work order when the District is notified of cancellation of any insurance required under this Contract. Such stop order shall continue until District is notified and provided proof of new or reinstated insurance. Neither Contractor nor the subcontractor shall be entitled to any increase in Contract performance time, or to any adjustment in Contract price due to the effects of such a stop-work order.

Within a period of ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to the Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, NYSERDA shall either:

The JBE may, at any time, by Notice to Contractor, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the Services for a period up to ninety (90) days after the Notice is delivered to Contractor, and for any further period to which the parties may agree (“Stop Work Order”). The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate it is issued under this provision. Upon receipt of the Stop Work Order, Contractor shall immediately comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Services covered by the Stop Work Order during the period of stoppage. Within ninety (90) days after a Stop Work Order is delivered to Contractor, or within any extension of that period to which the parties shall have agreed, the JBE shall either (i) cancel the Stop Work Order; or (ii) terminate the Services covered by the Stop Work Order as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Execution of Change Orders Change Orders shall be signed by the Contractor, ordinarily certified by the Design Professional, and approved by the Owner in accordance with the form of Change Order prescribed by the Owner. No request for payment by the Contractor for a Change Order shall be due, nor shall any such request appear on an Application for Payment, until the Change Order is executed by the Owner. In the event of emergency (see Article 1.4.4) or significant impact to the Overall Project Schedule, the Owner shall direct the Change Order to proceed upon a Force Account until the cost and time is resolved in the manner set forth in Paragraph 3.2.7.3 below.

  • Performance of Work by City If the Contractor fails to perform the Work in accordance with the schedule referred to in section 2 above, the City may, in its discretion, in order to bring the project closer to the schedule, perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work, and doing so shall not waive any of the City’s rights and remedies. Before doing so, the City shall give the Contractor notice of its intention. The Contractor shall reimburse the City for additional costs incurred by the City in exercising its right to perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work pursuant to this section.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.
