Issuing of Cards. (i) The plastic Card for POS and Internet purchases and ATM or POS cash withdrawals is not issued automatically and must be ordered by you via your online account or the myPOS Mobile App, and we may charge issuing fee for it. The Card is issued and linked to your myPOS Account as described in this Agreement. In case, where allowed by the myPOS Service you may purchase or otherwise obtain an inactive myPOS Card by an authorized Agent or Distributor of the myPOS Service or Member, which will be inactive and not loaded with funds. You agree that to activate such card, you have to enroll for the myPOS Service and agree with all Legal Agreements and documents and requirements for identification and verification applicable to your use of the Service. (ii) Your use of the Card/s is subject to opening and maintaining of at least one valid myPOS account with a Financial Institution, licensed to use myPOS platform.

Issuing of Cards. 5.1.1. myPOS Card is not issued automatically and must be requested via the Online profile after successful registration for myPOS Service or by purchasing it as part of myPOS Package by an authorised agent or distributor of the myPOS Service or by us before or after registration. It may be activated and used for transactions only after successful completion by the Client of our customer due diligence requirements, and after the issuance of electronic money. The Card is issued and linked to the Client’s myPOS Account. 5.1.2. The use of the Card/s is subject to opening and maintaining of at least one valid myPOS account and having a balance of e-money.

The additional or subsequent Cards are not issued automatically. They need to be ordered by the Client via the Profile of the online account or the myPOS Mobile App, and we may charge issuing fee. The Card is issued and linked to the Client’s myPOS Account as described in this Agreement. Issuing of Cards. 5.1 A Primary Cardholder may hold no more than 2 registered and active Cards at any one time (maximum of 1 Primary Card and 1 Companion Card). A Primary Cardholder may request a Companion Card for another person. A Primary Card can be linked to a maximum of 2 un-expired and active Companion Cards at any one time. 5.2 A Companion Cardholder may hold no more than 2 registered and active Companion Card at any one time (maximum of 1 per Primary Card). 5.3 Primary Cards may be issued to those 16 years of age or older who provide approved government photo ID at the time of purchase. 5.4 You must reside in Canada to obtain a Card.
Issuing of Cards. 2.1 All Cards are and remain the property of the Bank. You must immediately return all issued Cards to the Bank or its agents upon request if any of the Conditions in Condition 3.3 apply or if this Agreement is ended in accordance with Condition 20 or if the Card has expired.

Issuing of Cards. 2.1 The Card is issued by the Issuer and distributed and promoted by Unee. 2.2 The Card is a prepaid card, and your starting Card Value will be determined at the time the Card is purchased. 2.3 The Card will remain the property of the Issuer and must be surrendered upon demand, it is non‑transferable and it may be cancelled, repossessed, or revoked at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. 2.4 The Card is not a credit card nor a charge card, and will not enhance your credit rating. 2.5 You will not receive any interest, and there is no interest payable to you on your Card Value. 2.6 The Card Value does not amount to a deposit with the Issuer, or an investment in, any other parties involved in the Card.

Issuing of Cards. 1.1. Use of the Card is restricted to the “Account Holder” and subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Card remains valid until its date of expiry mentioned on the Card or cancelled/terminated according to Clause 8Cancelling this Agreement”. 1.2. The Account Holder will not permit any other person to use the Card and will at all times safeguard the Card and any Personal Identification Number (the “PIN”) issued, and keep it under his/her personal control. 1.3. In the event of a conflict between the two versions of these Regulations, the Arabic version shall prevail. 1.4. The Bank will maintain an account in the name of the Account Holder (the “Account”) to which the value of purchases of goods and services, fees and charges effected by the use of the Card (“Card Transactions”), any other liabilities of the Account Holder arising under these Terms and Conditions and any loss incurred by the Bank arising from the use of the Card (or Card number) shall be charged including the legal fees. 1.5. The Bank may issue Supplementary Card(s) to any person nominated as a Supplementary Account Holder by the Account Holder. The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall apply to the use of any Supplementary Card(s) and the term the “Card” shall whenever applicable include such Supplementary Card(s). The Account Holder shall be bound by and be liable for the use of any Supplementary Card(s). In addition to its other rights and powers under this Agreement, the Bank may cancel any Supplementary Card(s) at any time, and seek the return of Supplementary Card(s) issued to the Supplementary Account Holder. The Account Holder will be solely liable for the principal Card and the Supplementary Card(s).

If your Card is a Chip Card, you can use the Card for “cash back” transactions. See Section 11.1c for details. 5.2 All use of the Card is limited to the then current Card Balance, as shown on the Website. 5.3 You may hold no more than two (2) un-expired and Activated Cards at any one time. 5.4 You must be 16 years of age or older to obtain a Card. 5.5 You must reside in Canada to obtain a Card.
