Issuing of Cards. (i) The plastic Card for POS and Internet purchases and ATM or POS cash withdrawals is not issued automatically and must be ordered by you via your online account or the myPOS Mobile App, and we may charge issuing fee for it. The Card is issued and linked to your myPOS Account as described in this Agreement. In case, where allowed by the myPOS Service you may purchase or otherwise obtain an inactive myPOS Card by an authorized Agent or Distributor of the myPOS Service or Member, which will be inactive and not loaded with funds. You agree that to activate such card, you have to enroll for the myPOS Service and agree with all Legal Agreements and documents and requirements for identification and verification applicable to your use of the Service.

Issuing of Cards. 5.1.1. myPOS Card is not issued automatically and must be requested via the Online profile after successful registration for myPOS Service or by purchasing it as part of myPOS Package by an authorised agent or distributor of the myPOS Service or by us before or after registration. It may be activated and used for transactions only after successful completion by the Client of our customer due diligence requirements, and after the issuance of electronic money. The Card is issued and linked to the Client’s myPOS Account.

The additional or subsequent Cards are not issued automatically. They need to be ordered by the Client via the Profile of the online account or the myPOS Mobile App, and we may charge issuing fee. The Card is issued and linked to the Client’s myPOS Account as described in this Agreement. In case, where allowed by the myPOS Service the Client may purchase or otherwise obtain an inactive myPOS Card by an authorised agent or distributor of the myPOS Service or by us, which will be inactive and not loaded with funds. The Client agrees that to activate such card, the Client has to enroll for the myPOS Service and agree with all Legal Agreements and documents and requirements for identification and verification applicable.
