Unless Google and the Institution agree otherwise, at a minimum, Google will provide the authorized users of the Institution (provided the Institution is a then current subscriber to the full Institutional Subscription offered to Higher Education Institutions) with First Class Access (as defined below) to the full Institutional Subscription offered to Higher Education Institutions. As used herein, “First Class Access” means a user experience consistent with Sections 4.1(d) through 4.1(f) of the Settlement Agreement, and that will always include the features set forth or referred to in the last sentence of Section 4.1(d) of the Settlement Agreement and in Sections 4.1(e)(2-4) and 4.1(f) of the Settlement Agreement.

Workflows can be defined with a workflow- tool (by a user or by an administrator). Uploading of workflows would be done by an administrator. The user can access the DMS and all its functions (versioning, tagging of documents, document search etc.) with all the known tools (Explorer, Office-Software, Web-Browser). With the new GSN-Tool it will be possible to configure a defined view on the documents to build a safety argument (see Figure (E)).

If Visa, a VIS Issuer or Moneris, in its discretion, determines that the Installment User Interface or receipts do not comply with the Service Documentation or Law, you shall modify the Installment User Interface and receipts immediately to ensure compliance. Any approval or feedback from Moneris or Visa shall not relieve you of your responsibility to comply with the terms of this Schedule, the Service Documentation and applicable Laws.

(c) Synacor will use commercially reasonable efforts to incorporate such identified and mutually agreed upon projects related to user feedback into releases. Synacor and Client will actively track and report to each other customer experience enhancements. [*] the parties will review customer experience projects implemented in the previous [*]. Projects should be associated with corresponding customer feedback or user testing when applicable.
(d) Synacor and Client will incorporate customer experience and retention metrics in a standard scorecard that will be reviewed [*].
User Experience. 7.1 Customer satisfaction information is sought from service users and feedback through the monthly meetings referred to in Paragraph 5 or if there is a more serious issue to address it is acted on immediately. Generally the service received is good but there have been some examples where ELS lacks District level expertise particularly with regard to Planning matters.
7.2 Members will be already aware of a substantial increase in spend against the £95,000 2012/13 budget. Members of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee have formed a working group to look into the reasons for this. User Experience. 4.1. You hereby acknowledge and accept that the Company does not classify its clients since it considers all clients to be retail clients as defined under Article 4 al. 2 FinSA.
4.2. You warrant that you have the necessary experience and knowledge to place a request for the Execution of the Orders and to take the investment decisions related to the Orders you intend to Execute and that you can properly assess the associated risks.
4.3. You warrant that you shall not hold the Company liable in the selection and monitoring of your adequacy and experience with regards to the receipt and transmission of requests to Execute Orders.
4.4. You accept and understand that you are always responsible for ensuring that the Orders carried out comply with any special provisions that oblige you to have the required authorizations and Fiat Currencies and/or Cryptocurrencies to carry out the Orders.
4.5. You acknowledge that, under this Agreement, the Company shall not provide any investment advice, make recommendations to buy or sell Cryptocurrencies and/or Fiat Currencies and you shall solely and freely decide which Orders shall carry out though the Platform and monitor the performance of Cryptocurrencies and Fiat Currencies, at your own risk and taking full responsibility in this regard. You undertake to conduct a Orders only if you have the necessary knowledge, Assets and experience and if you are fully aware of the risks as indicated in this Agreement.
4.6. You hereby acknowledge that you have received all the information you are entitled to from YouHodler SA, at the occasion of this Agreement or in the Terms of Service or Terms for Conversion Services.
4.7. You further acknowledge that you are not entitled to base information concerning financial instruments, as detailed in Article 8.2 FinSA, to the extent YouHodler SA benefits from the Execution-Only exemption provided for in Article 8.4 FinSA.
