JOINT JOB EVALUATIONS. 26.1 The provisions of the Joint Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Program, between the former Region of Ottawa-Carleton and CUPE, Local 503, date of full implementation July 1, 1989, outlined in the Memorandum of Implementation, the Memorandum on the Manual of Maintenance Procedures, and the Memorandum of Understanding Re: Job Evaluation, shall govern all matters referred to therein. Should either party wish to amend the job evaluation/pay equity program as provided for the in the Memorandum of Understanding/Manual of Maintenance Procedures above and the parties are unable to agree to the new plan, the parties will mutually agree to a third party to resolve the impasse.
