Joint readmission committee. 1. The Contracting Parties shall provide each other with mutual assistance in the application and interpretation of this agreement. To this end, they shall set up a joint readmission com- mittee (hereinafter referred to as the committee) which will, in particular, have the task:
(a) to monitor the application of this agreement;
(b) to decide on implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform application of this agreement;
(c) to have regular exchanges of information on the implement- ing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Bosnia and Herzegovina pursuant to article 19;
(d) to recommend amendments to this agreement and its annexes.
2. The decisions of the committee shall be binding on the Con- tracting Parties.
3. The committee shall be composed by representatives of the Community and Bosnia and Herzegovina; the Community shall be represented by the Commission.
4. The committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.
5. The committee shall establish its rules of procedures.
Joint readmission committee. 1. The Parties shall set up a joint readmission committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) which will, in particular, have the task:
(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;
(b) to decide on arrangements necessary for the uniform execution of this Agreement;
(c) to have a regular exchange of information on the imple- xxxxxxx Protocols concluded by individual Member States and the Russian Federation pursuant to Article 20 of this Agreement;
(d) to decide on amendments to the Annexes to this Agreement;
(e) to propose amendments to this Agreement;
(f) to examine and, if deemed necessary, propose amendments to this Agreement in case of new accessions to the European Union.
2. The decisions of the Committee shall be binding on the Parties.
3. The Committee shall be composed by representatives of the Community and the Russian Federation; the Community shall be represented by the European Commission, assisted by experts from Member States.
4. The Committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Parties.
5. The Committee shall establish its rules of procedures.

To this end, they shall set up a joint readmission committee (hereinafter referred to as "the committee") which will, in particular, have the following tasks:
(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;

(c) to have regular exchanges of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Georgia pursuant to Article 19 of this Agreement;
(d) to recommend amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.

4. The committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.

(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;

(c) to have regular exchanges of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Belarus pursuant to Article 20; and
(d) to recommend amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.

4. The Committee shall meet when necessary at the request of one of the Parties.
5. The Committee shall establish its rules of procedures.

To this end, they shall set up a Joint Readmission Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") which shall, in particular, have the following tasks:
(a) monitoring the application of this Agreement;
(b) deciding on the implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform application of this Agreement;
(c) regularly exchanging information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Cape Verde pursuant to Article 19;
(d) recommending amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.
2. The decisions of the Committee shall be binding on the Contracting Parties.
3. The Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Union and of Cape Verde.
4. The Committee shall meet, whenever necessary, at the request of either of the Contracting Parties.
5. The Committee shall lay down its own rules of procedure.

To this end, they shall set up a joint readmission committee (hereinafter referred to as "the committee") which will, in particular, have the task:
(a) to monitor, and exchange information regarding, the application of this Agreement, excluding personal data;
(b) to address issues arising out of the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement;
(c) to decide on implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform application of this Agreement;
(d) to have regular exchanges of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Armenia pursuant to Article 20;
(e) to recommend amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.

3. The committee shall be composed of representatives of the Union and Armenia.
4. The committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.
5. The committee shall establish its rules of procedures.

To this end, they shall set up a joint readmission committee (hereinafter referred to as ‘the committee’) which will, in particular, have the task:
(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;
(b) to decide on implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform application of this Agreement;
(c) to have regular exchanges of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Turkey pursuant to Article 20;
(d) to recommend amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.
2. The decisions of the committee shall be binding on the Contracting Parties following any necessary internal pro cedures required by the law of the Contracting Parties.
3. The committee shall be composed by representatives of Turkey and the Union; the Union shall be represented by the Commission, assisted by experts from Member States.
4. The committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.
5. The committee shall establish its rules of procedures.
Joint readmission committee. 1. The Contracting Parties shall provide each other with mutual assistance in the application and interpretation of this Agreement. To this end, they shall set up a joint readmission committee (hereinafter referred to as "the joint committee") which will, in particular, have the task:
(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;
(b) to decide on implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform execution of it;
(c) to have a regular exchange of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Sri Lanka pursuant to Article 18;
(d) to decide on specific implementing arrangements aiming at an orderly management of return flows;
(e) to decide on amendments to the annexes to this Agreement;
(f) to recommend amendments to this Agreement.
2. The decisions of the joint committee shall be binding on the Parties.
3. The joint committee shall be composed by representatives of the Community and Sri Lanka; the Community shall be represented by the Commission of the European Communities, assisted by experts from Member States.
4. The joint committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.
5. The joint committee shall establish its rules of procedures.
Joint readmission committee. 1. The Contracting Parties shall provide each other with mutual assistance in the application and interpretation of this Agreement. To this end, they shall set up a Joint Readmission Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") which will, in particular, have the following tasks:
(a) to monitor the application of this Agreement;
(b) to address issues arising out of the interpretation or application of this Agreement;
(c) to decide on implementing arrangements necessary for the uniform application of this Agreement;
(d) to have regular exchanges of information on the implementing Protocols drawn up by individual Member States and Azerbaijan pursuant to Article 20;
(e) to recommend amendments to this Agreement and its Annexes.
2. The decisions of the Committee shall be binding on the Contracting Parties.
3. The Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Union and of Azerbaijan.
4. The Committee shall meet where necessary at the request of one of the Contracting Parties.
5. The Committee shall establish its rules of procedure.
