Jury Duty Leave. An employee who is on jury duty is entitled to leave with pay when the employee's jury service occurs on the employee's scheduled workday and provides appropriate documentation. Employees who are scheduled on other than a day shift shall be reassigned to a day shift. If, after reporting for jury duty, the employee is dismissed for the day, the employee shall return to work if time permits.
