JURY DUTY/SUBPOENAED LEAVE. An employee who is summoned for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness, upon submission of notification documentation, shall be released from work to appear as ordered. The employee shall be compensated for the difference between his regular pay and the pay received for the performance of the obligation. Mileage reimbursement paid by the court shall be retained by the employee.
