KEEPING OF PETS. Pets may be kept subject to the following conditions and in accordance with the Council’s Policy on Keeping Pets: • You must apply for written permission to keep a pet before you take a pet into your home, and we will consider every application on its own merits; • You have a right to keep working dogs such as guide dogs and hearing dogs that are essential to daily living; • We will generally allow you to keep one pet, except in multi storey flats; • We will generally allow you to keep domestic pets; • We will generally not allow you to keep non domestic or exotic pets: • You will not be allowed to keep a pet if that pet is prohibited by the Dangerous Dogs Xxx 0000, or by any other law, • You are responsible for the proper welfare and behaviour of any pets owned by you or anyone living with you, • You must take all reasonable steps to supervise and keep such pets under control, • You must take all reasonable steps to prevent such pets causing nuisance, annoyance or danger to your neighbours. This includes fouling or noise or smell from your pet, • You must take reasonable care to see that such pets do not foul or cause damage to the house, your neighbour's property, anything belonging to us or anything we are responsible for, such as the common parts. You are responsible for cleaning up any faeces. • We will be entitled to require removal of the pet if causing nuisance or damage, and • You will be responsible for the proper disposal of any dead pets.
KEEPING OF PETS. You must obtain our prior written permission to keep pets. The term pet covers various types of animals including dogs, cats, birds, rodents (hamster, gerbil, rat etc.), reptiles, rabbits and Fish. Any such request from you to us will be considered and permission will not be withheld unreasonably. The normal number of pets will be no more than one or two depending on type, size etc. Each request will be looked at individually taking into account the size of the property, surrounding area, species of pet. The Association will not permit the keeping of dogs and cats in properties where the design makes this unsuitable. This includes our development at Mill Road Alloa and such other properties as we consider being unsuitable as a result of design, layout or any other reason. Permission will not be granted for a tenant to keep livestock or farm animals for example chickens, ducks, pigs, goats. We will withdraw our permission and may request a pet be removed from the property where: • Permission has not been sought or it has been refused; • Conditions applied to the written consent have not been adhered to; • The pet has caused a nuisance, distress or annoyance to any owner or occupier or property adjoining or within the locality of the property or has caused damage or destruction to any part of the property owned or leased by the Association. The tenant will be in breach of the conditions of tenancy if they continue to keep the pet after permission has been refused or withdrawn. The Association will involve such other agencies as appropriate to secure the welfare of the pet on removal from the property. You may only keep domestic pets provided that: • Keeping your pet is not prohibited by the Dangerous Dogs Xxx 0000, or buy any other law; • You are responsible for the behaviour of any pets owned by you or anyone living with you; • You take all reasonable steps to supervise and keep such pets under control; • You take all reasonable steps to prevent such pets causing nuisance, annoyance or danger to your neighbours – This includes fouling or noise or smell from your domestic pet; • You must take reasonable care to see that such pets do not foul or cause damage to the house, your neighbours property, anything belonging to us or anything we are responsible for, such as the common parts;. • The landlord is entitled to require the removal of the pet if causing nuisance or damage; • The tenant is responsible for cleaning up dog faeces.
KEEPING OF PETS. Animals, in particular dogs, cats are in general forbidden and may be held only with explicit permission of the renter in the hire contract or be kept temporarily. The permission is valid only for the isolated case. It can be revoked if unwholesomeness enters. The tenant sticks for all damages originating from the keeping of pets.
KEEPING OF PETS. You have the right, on the conditions noted below, to keep one domestic pet. This does not include any other animal. If you wish to keep more than one domestic pet or any other type of animal, you must get our written permission: see paragraph 10.
KEEPING OF PETS. Keeping pets - with the exception of small animals such as pet birds, pet fish, hamsters, etc. - is only possible with the landlord's consent in text form, which the landlord may refuse for an objective reason. The landlord reserves the right of revocation of a granted consent for important reasons. Important reasons are in particular odour and/or noise nuisance, damage to the rental property and/or interference with other tenants.

This includes fouling or noise or smell from your domestic pet, you take reasonable care to see that such pets do not foul or cause damage to the house, your neighbour’s property, anything belonging to us or anything we are responsible for, such as the common parts, you clean up any faeces and any other waste left by your pet.
KEEPING OF PETS. The keeping of pets is subject to the following conditions: • that the written consent of the landlord must be obtained before any pet is kept; • only two domestic pets are permitted at any one time, excluding cloven hoofed animals or fowl; • keeping your pet is not prohibited by the Dangerous Dogs Xxx 0000, or by any law; • you are responsible for the behaviour of any pets owned by you or anyone living with you; • you must take all reasonable steps to supervise and keep such pets under control; • you must take all reasonable steps to prevent such pets causing nuisance, annoyance or danger to your neighbours. This includes fouling or noise or smell from your domestic pet; • you must take reasonable care to see that such pets do not foul or cause damage to the house, your neighbour's property, anything belonging to us or anything we are responsible for, such as the common parts; • the landlord is entitled to require removal of the pet if causing nuisance or damage; • you should ensure that any dog carries suitable identification indicating ownership and address or otherwise the dog should have a micro chip means of identification; • you are responsible for cleaning up dog faeces.

This includes fouling or noise or smell from your domestic pet. ▪ You must take reasonable care to see that such pets do not foul or cause damage to the house, your neighbours’ property, anything belonging to us or anything we are responsible for, such as the common parts. ▪ The landlord is entitled to require removal of the pet if causing nuisance or damage. ▪ The tenant is responsible for cleaning up dog faeces.
