Labour Legislation. In the event the terms and conditions of this Agreement contravene applicable labour legislation, including The Saskatchewan Employment Act the offending terms and conditions shall be deemed to be amended to comply with the minimum requirements under such legislation.

Labour Legislation. The Managing Agent, when so instructed by the Scheme Executives, will negotiate with professionals/consultants or obtain written reference from the relevant controlling bodies (such as the CCMA) relative to labour legislation advice, at the Managing Agent’s prevailing rates.

  • Future Legislation In the event that any future legislation renders null and void or materially alters any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement, and the parties hereto shall negotiate a mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provision so rendered null and void or materially altered.

  • Impact of Legislation (a) The parties recognize and agree that they cannot be obligated or bound by any term, condition or provision, which would be contrary to any existing federal or provincial legislation or regulations passed pursuant thereto.   • Superannuation legislation The subject of superannuation is dealt with extensively by federal legislation including the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, The Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993, and the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993. This legislation, as varied from time to time, shall govern the superannuation rights and obligations of the parties.
