  • COUNTY EMPLOYEES No Arlington County employee may share in any part of this Contract or receive any benefit from the Contract that is not available to the general public.

  • Employee Grievances 3.2(a) Grievances on behalf of employees shall be handled as follows:

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of seniority. Employees shall be recalled in order of their seniority providing they are qualified to do the work.

  • EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
