Landlord Control. Landlord shall have the right to temporarily close any portion of the building area or land area to the extent as may, in Landlord's reasonable opinion, be necessary to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein.

Landlord Control. All of the following provisions of this Section 13.1 are subject to the provisions of Article 11
Landlord Control. All Common Area shall be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord or Landlord's successors), assignee(s) or designee(s). In no event shall Tenant have the right to sell or solicit in any manner in any of the Common-Area.
Landlord Control. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel ---------------- from the Building any person who, in Landlord's judgment, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs or who is in violation of any rules and regulations of the Building. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the public portions of the Building, the public facilities, the heating and air conditioning, and any other facilities furnished for the common use of Tenants, in such manner as is customary for comparable buildings in the City of San Francisco. Landlord reserves the right to make such other and reasonable rules and regulations as in its judgment may from time to time be needed for safety and security, for care and cleanliness of the building and for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide by all such rules and regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adopted.
Landlord Control. Landlord may, at any time and from time to time: Upon ten (10) days prior notice, close all or any portion of the parking and access areas to the Demised Premises to make repairs or changes or to such extent as may, in the opinion of Landlord, be necessary to prevent a dedication thereof or of the accrual of any rights to any person or to the public therein; close temporarily any or all portions of the said areas to discourage non-tenant parking; and do and perform such other acts in and to said areas as, in the exercise of good business judgment, Landlord shall determine to be advisable with a view to the improvement of the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their employees, agents and invitees. Any such closings and improvements by Landlord shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's business or reduce the available parking on the Demised Premises by more than 15 spaces closed on such temporary basis.
Landlord Control. (a) All Common Areas and all common facilities which may be furnished by Landlord in or near the Shopping Center and/or Building for the general common use of tenants, their employees and customers shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord. Landlord may at any time and from time to time during the lease term exclude and restrain any person from use or occupancy thereof, excepting, however, Tenant and other tenants of Landlord and bona fide invitees of either who make use of said Common Areas and facilities in accordance with the rules and regulations established by Landlord from time to time with respect thereto. Landlord may at any time and from time to time close all or any portion of the Common Areas, to make repairs or changes, to prevent a dedication to any person or the public, and to do and perform such other acts in and to said Common Areas as in the exercise of good business judgment, Landlord shall determine to be advisable with a view to the improvement of the convenience and use thereof by tenants, their employees, agents, customers and invitees.

Landlord will at all times have full control management and direction of the Office Complex, subject to the rights of Tenant in the Premises, and Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to reduce, increase, enclose or otherwise change the size, number and location of buildings, layout and nature of the Office Complex, to construct additional buildings and additions to any building, and to create additional rentable areas through use and/or enclosure of common areas, or otherwise, and to place signs on the Office Complex, and to change the name, address, number or designation by which the Office Complex is commonly known. No implied easements are granted by this Lease. In exercising its rights under this Section 16.16, Landlord will use its commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any disturbance to Tenant's use of the Office Space.

Landlord will at all times have full control management and direction of the Office Complex, subject to the rights of Tenant in the Premises, and Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to reduce, increase, enclose or otherwise change the size, number and location of buildings, layout and nature of the Office Complex, to construct additional buildings and additions to any building, and to create additional rentable areas through use and/or enclosure of common areas, or otherwise (provided that Landlord shall not exercise any of such rights if the same would result in an unreasonable, material impairment of Tenant’s access to, or Tenant’s use and enjoyment of, the Premises or the Parking Area), and to place signs on the Office Complex, and to change the name, address, number or designation by which the Office Complex is commonly known. No implied easements are granted by this Lease. In exercising its rights under this Section 16.16, Landlord will use its commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any disturbance to Tenant’s use of the Premises.
Landlord Control. The Parking Facilities shall be subject to the reasonable control and management of Landlord, who may, from time to time, establish, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations with respect thereto that do not in any way unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s and its agents, employees and contractors access to and operations on the Premises. Landlord reserves the right to change, reconfigure, or rearrange the parking areas, to reconstruct or repair any portion thereof, and to restrict or eliminate the use of any Parking Facilities and do such other acts in and to such Parking Facilities as reasonably necessary without such actions being deemed an eviction of Tenant or a disturbance of Tenant’s use of the Premises and without Landlord being deemed in default hereunder; provided that Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize (to the extent consistent with Applicable Laws) the extent and duration of any resulting interference with Tenant’s parking rights. The Parking Facilities shall be provided to Tenant at no additional charge to Tenant.
Landlord Control. Landlord shall have the right to close any portion of the Land outside the Building as may, in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, be necessary to prevent a dedication thereof or the accrual of any rights to any person or the public therein. No implied easements are granted by this Lease. Landlord shall in no event be liable for any lack of security with respect to the Premises.
