Late DeparturesWritten requests to leave after the occupancy date for the spring semester will be granted at the sole discretion of Housing, through Sunday, May 13, 2018. The room charge for a late departure is $50/day. This fee may be waived if the late departure is for a commencement activity sponsored by a University department that notifies Housing in writing before May 1, 2018. Requests for occupancy after May 13, 2018 will not be granted. Students wishing to remain on campus past this date must participate in the summer student housing program. Late Departures. After 10:00 a.m. (Monday – Friday) a $28 dollar charge will be applied, and the Pet will go into a half day of daycare. Late departure times Monday – Friday is from 2 -6 pm. No late departures on Sunday’s pets must arrive and depart between 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Late Departures. Residents seeking to remain on-campus beyond the stated Housing & Food Service Agreement period (i.e., term breaks and year closings) must submit the extended stay request form for approval to the Director of Residence Life and Housing within 2 weeks of the last day of regular classes prior to the subject break. Any resident approved by the Department of Residence Life and Housing to remain after the closing of residence halls will be assessed Claim It or Lose It - Failure to claim a room assignment by the designated move in deadline will result in the student automatically forfeiting their room assignment, and possibly the right to a reassignment during that term.
Late Departures. If a Resident fails to depart the Residence Hall by the established building closing time for a break or holiday, or upon conclusion of a semester, Association Housing reserves the right to charge $25 per half-hour (30- minute) period that a Resident overstays residence. The outside doors to the Residence Hall are locked 24 hours per day. Unauthorized entry is not permitted. Propping open or opening the exterior doors without proper authorization is a compromise to security, is strictly prohibited, and may result in disciplinary action and the termination of the License. The unauthorized entrance into a bedroom, suite, or any other space in which the Resident has not been given express permission to enter is strictly prohibited. The fact that the bedroom, suite, or any other space is unlocked, unsecured, or otherwise accessible in no way shall be considered permission for any individual to enter. The Resident is prohibited from entering the residence hall during scheduled closures unless express advance permission is granted. It is the Resident’s responsibility to carry keys and FLCC Student ID at ALL TIMES and present ID when requested by a member of the Housing Staff. The loaning of an FLCC Student ID Card to another resident or guest is expressly prohibited. Any FLCC Student ID Card found in the possession of another individual to whom it was not issued will be confiscated.
Late DeparturesIn general, xxxxx and teachers are asked to vacate the lodge and leave the grounds by 2:00 p.m. on the final day of their retreat. Requests to stay additional days will for the most part not be approved; if there is some compelling reason an individual needs to stay an additional day, it will be considered by the Resident Manager on a case by case basis, and only if there is no retreat scheduled for the following day.
Late Departures. Residents seeking to remain in on-campus housing beyond the stated Housing & Food Service Agreement period (i.e., term breaks and year closings) must submit the extended stay request form for approval to the Office of Residence Life within 2 weeks of the last day of regular classes prior to the subject break. Any resident approved by the Office of Residence Life to remain after the closing of residence halls will be assessed $40.00 per day, to be paid in advance to the Business Office (this does NOT include meals). Factors affecting approval include but are not limited to the availability of appropriate ORL staffing and building needs (including maintenance).

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Agreement Notices Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all notices, requests and other documents received by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Related Document or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and copies of all notices of default or termination under or related to any Material Contract and, from time to time upon request by the Administrative Agent, such information and reports regarding the Related Documents, the Material Contracts and such instruments, indentures and loan and credit and similar agreements as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

  • Notes; Telephonic Notices Each Lender is hereby authorized to record the principal amount of each of its Loans and each repayment on the schedule attached to its Note, provided, however, that the failure to so record shall not affect the Borrower’s obligations under such Note.   • UNION NOTICES Space shall be provided in each Meat Department for the posting of this Agreement and notices of meetings, but same shall not be posted until they have been first called to the attention of the Employer.
