Lead Technician Sample Clauses

Lead Technician. The Employer, in its sole discretion, may select Pharmacy Technicians to become Lead Technician, whose additional duties may include, but not limited to: training and development of personnel for/in pharmacy; assist or be responsible, as directed by a Pharmacy Manager, for workflow processes, product ordering, inventory control, returns, financial record keeping, price changes, third party administration, customer service programs, special projects or any other duties as may be assigned. Minimum requirements are an EE rating or higher, 1 year as a pharmacy technician and successful completion of the Employer’s training and certification program(s). Lead Technician positions shall remain at the Employer’s sole discretion. After successfully completing the Employer’s Lead Technician program and being assigned an available Specialist position, CVS Pharmacy shall provide a $.75 per hour premium to Lead Technicians in this position.

Lead Technician. A Technician who, as a working member of the group, may be charged by his Supervisor with the responsibility of planning, leading, directing, coordinating, instructing, on-the-job training and delegating, the work of his assigned group. Leads may be required to sign for their own work, and the work of others in their group, provided, however, that such signing shall not relieve any other member of his group of license requirements and/or legal responsibility for the work they have performed or from being required to complete and/or sign appropriate Company/Federal work records. Leads must hold such valid licenses as are required by Federal law for their assignment. The method for selecting Lead Technicians is described in Article 5, Filling of Vacancies.
Lead Technician. 43.1 The position of Lead Technician will be established for each craft with five (5) or more CMHA employees signatory to the CMHA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • THE WORKS 3.1 The Contractor undertakes to execute the Works in a proper and workmanlike manner against payment of the Contract Price referred to in clause 4 of this Agreement.
