Leading Hand Allowance. A Leading hand is one who is directed to control, supervise and take responsibility for the work performed by two or more employees. They shall be paid the rate prescribed for the highest class of work so supervised with the following additions. Provided that where their own classified rate is higher than the rate for the highest class of work so supervised they shall be paid that rate with the following additions: $ In charge of less than 3 employees 14.15 In charge of 3 to 6 employees 18.80 In charge of more than 6 employees 22.55
