Lease Defined. The word "Lease" as used herein shall be deemed to be the Lease as originally executed by Landlord and Tenant, as amended or modified by written agreements hereafter made, from time to time, between the Landlord and Tenant and consented to by Mortgagee.

Lease Defined. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, the Lease shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect, enforceable in accordance with its terms. From and after the Amendment Date, the term “Lease,” when used in the Lease, shall mean the Lease as amended by this Amendment.

Lease Defined. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning as set forth in the Lease. As used herein, "Lease" shall mean the Lease as amended by the First Amendment and this Second Amendment.
