Leave for Professional Union Business. An employee who is a member of the executive of his/her professional Union, either Provincial or National, may be granted leave with pay as agreed upon between the Employer and the employee. It is expressly agreed that encouragement of such involvement by the Employer is beneficial both to the employee and the Employer.
