LEAVE OF ABSENCE - APPLICATION FOR. If an employee desires a leave of absence for reasons other than those referred to in this Section, he must obtain permission, in writing, for the same from the Company, a copy to be supplied to the Union.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE - APPLICATION FOR. The Company may authorize leave of absence without pay for up to a maximum of thirty (30) days for any other reason than ill health. Authorization for such leave shall be in writing. Any extension of leave of absence over thirty (30) days shall be in writing and agreed upon by the Company and the employee concerned.
