Leave of Absence for Court Duty. An employee who is summoned to serve as a juror or is subpoenaed as a witness shall be granted an unpaid leave of absence. Employee will continue to earn seniority, sick leave, vacation pay and increments.

Leave of Absence for Union Functions a) Upon request to the Employer, an Employee elected or appointed to represent the Union at conventions shall be allowed leave of absence with pay and benefits.
