No obligation or commitment of funds will be allowed prior to or beyond the contract period of performance. Any contract funds not expended during the contract period shall be returned to the state. It is expected that the first two months of the project will be used for STEPS organization and start-up including identifying additional businesses and students with disabilities to participate in the project. Workplace readiness training may begin as soon as student participants are identified and enrolled in the project. In most cases, work experience will begin at the conclusion of the 2019- 2020 school year and will end at the start of the 2020-2021 school year. If awarded funds allow, work experience and training components may continue into the start of the 2020-2021 and or the 2021-2022 school year as applicable. Section 2 Significant Dates Event Date * Proposals due April 3, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. PT *Note All dates after the final proposal submission deadline are approximate and may be adjusted as conditions dictate, without addendum to this SFP.
Length of Project. First Access projects are delivered across a 10 week term which will usually include a performance in the final week of the project. First Access Grant: Once a project has been agreed, the cost of the project will be offset against the grant figure for the school. Any additional charge will be invoiced in the term of the project. Any residual grant will be spread equally across the remaining chargeable periods to be used as a discount against other services. Small group and Individual music tuition, whole class National Curriculum teaching and other music education services Term of contract: Other than in exceptional circumstances, this Agreement is for an academic year. Requests for alterations of contract within the academic year will be agreed where capacity allows (for increases) or where alternative work can be found for the teacher (for decreases). Teaching weeks: Small group instrumental or vocal teaching will be provided for 33 weeks per academic year and reasonable opportunity must be given for the making up of any missed lessons. Dates for projected chargeable weeks will be notified by NMPAT in advance of the academic year.
Length of Project. The projected start date of the research is June 1, 2019, but may vary depending on contract finalization. Assuming this start date, the proposed work will require 24 months, and will be completed by May 31, 2021. Sampling work in the field will begin immediately, followed by sample processing and analysis, then data analysis and synthesis, and then production of a final report and publication of results (with CoA permission). We anticipate sampling will begin immediately after identification of all sampling locations (which will begin in April, 2019) and will last for between 12-15 months, depending on what the sampling target is, and whether or not the site may yield different materials during different flow conditions. Depending on the site, post-storm sampling is definitely planned (for example, at Xxxxxx Springs), because we know from other sites that this will often result in new and/or uncommon species that are not detected during low-flow conditions.
