Level II – President or Designee. 1. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision, if provided, at Level I, the decision may be appealed on the grievance form to the President, within ten (10) days of receiving the Level I decision, or when it should have been received. 2. In order to be processed or considered, the appeal shall include copies of the original grievance and decision, if rendered, and the reason for the appeal. 3. The President, or designee, shall hold a conference with the grievant upon request of either party. The President, or designee, shall communicate the decision about the grievance to the grievant in writing on the grievance form within ten (10) days of receiving the appeal and forward a copy of the response to Faculty Association. 4. The President’s designee shall not be any person who has previously ruled on the grievance at any of the previous levels.

  • Leave, President, O.N.A Upon application in writing by the Association on behalf of the nurse to the Hospital, a leave of absence shall be granted to such nurse elected to the office of President of the Ontario Nurses' Association for a period of up to three (3) consecutive two (2) year terms. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of service or seniority for a nurse during such leave of absence. During such leave of absence, the nurse's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits. It is understood, however, that during such leave the nurse shall be deemed to be an employee of the Ontario Nurses' Association. The nurse agrees to notify the Hospital of her or his intention to return to work at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of such return.

  • Chief Executive Officer The Chief Executive Officer shall, under the direction of the Member and Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Executive Officer, have general charge of the business, affairs and property of the LLC and general supervision over the other Officers and any of the LLC's employees and agents and see that all orders and resolutions of the LLC are carried into effect.
