Liaison Bodies. (1) The Liaison bodies referred to in paragraph 3 of Article 29 of the Agreement are specified as follows: - For the Republic of Serbia: Social Insurance Institute - For the Republic of Turkey: 1. For the legislation covering social insurances and general health insurance: The Presidency of Social Security Institution - Ankara 2. For the legislation covering unemployment insurance: General Directorate of Turkish Employment Agency – Ankara. (2) For the application of this Administrative Agreement, the liaison bodies defined in paragraph 1 of this Article may communicate directly with one another as well as with the beneficiaries and their representatives. (3) Liaison bodies shall determine jointly appropriate procedures and forms for the application of the Agreement and this Administrative Agreement.

Liaison Bodies. 1. Pursuant to Article 27 paragraph 2 letter c) of the Agreement, the designated liaison bodies are as follows: a) for Romania: - for indemnities for work incapacity as a consequence of common diseases, injuries occurred outside the workplace, occupational diseases and work injuries; benefits in cash for recovering the work capacity; maternity indemnities, indemnities for child raising and sick child care; old age pensions; early retirement pensions; invalidity pensions; survivor pensions; death grants - National House for Pensions and other Social Insurance Rights (Casa Naţională de Pensii şi alte Drepturi de Asigurări Sociale); - for unemployment benefits - National Agency for Employment (Agenţia Naţională pentru Ocuparea Forţei de Muncă); - for state allowance for children - Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family (Ministerul Xxxxxx, Solidarităţii Sociale şi Familiei); - for benefits in kind for sickness and maternity - National House of Health Insurance (Casa Naţională de Asigurări de Sănătate); b) for the Czech Republic: - for pension and sickness insurance, including benefits paid from this insurance when entitlement resulted as a consequence of an occupational injury or disease - Czech Social Security Administration (Česká správa sociálního zabezpečení); - for health insurance - Centre of International Reimbursements (Centrum mezistátních úhrad); - for children allowances and death grants -Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (Ministerstvo práce a sociálních vĕcí); - for unemployment benefits -Employment Services Administration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (Správa služeb zamĕstnanosti Ministerstva práce a sociálních vĕcí). 2. The liaison bodies shall facilitate the communication between the institutions of the Contracting States and have the duties provided for by the Administrative Arrangement. For the implementation of the Agreement they may communicate directly with each other as well as with the persons concerned or the persons authorised by them. The liaison bodies shall assist each other with the implementation of the Agreement.

The liaison bodies facilitate the communication between the institutions of the Contracting States and are entrusted the duties defined in this Arrangement. For the purpose of the Agreement they may directly communicate with one another as well as with the persons concerned or the persons authorised by them. They assist one another in application of the Agreement.
Liaison Bodies. For the purpose of applying the Agreement and this Arrangement, the Liaison Bodies are: for the Czech Republic, the Czech Social Security Administration; and for Australia: (a) for the Acts forming the social security law: Centrelink International; (b) for the law concerning the superannuation guarantee: the Australian Taxation Office.
Liaison Bodies. (1) Communications and implementation of matters relating to this Agreement shall be handled by and between the Taipei Airlines Association and the Cross-Strait Aviation Transport Exchange Council. The Parties may designate other institution(s) for such communications, if necessary, upon mutual consent. (2) Communications regarding other matters related to this Agreement shall be handled by the Straits Exchange Foundation and the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait.

Liaison Bodies. (1) Communications and implementation of matters relating to this Agreement shall be handled by a person or persons designated for such purpose by the competent food safety authorities on each side. The Parties may designate other institution(s) for such communications, if necessary, upon mutual consent. (2) Communications regarding other matters related to this Agreement shall be handled by the Straits Exchange Foundation and the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait.

Communications and implementation of concrete postal operations shall be handled by mail processing centers on both sides. Liaison Bodies. (1) The liaison bodies as referred to in Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Agreement are as follows: in the Republic of Serbia: The Social Insurance Institution in Romania: - The National House of Public Pensions for pensions granted in the public pension system, death grant, indemnity for temporary incapacity of work in case of work accidents and occupational diseases, as well as benefits in kind and in cash in case of work accidents and occupational diseases. - The National Health Insurance House for maternity indemnity, indemnity for the care of the sick child, indemnity for the prevention of illnesses and recovery of the work capacity, benefits in kind in case of illness and maternity and indemnity for temporary incapacity of work. - The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection for state child allowance. (2) For the application of the Agreement and Administrative Arrangement the liaison bodies shall cooperate, provide mutual assistance and may communicate directly with the competent authorities, the competent institutions, the persons concerned or the persons authorized by them. (3) The liaison bodies and the competent institutions of the Contracting States shall agree the relevant bilingual forms necessary for the application of the Agreement and the Administrative Arrangement. (4) The liaison bodies and the competent institutions may exchange information by electronic means.
