Child allowance. As a rule, the bank provides employees with child allowance for each child under the age of 18. For children who can be shown to be in continuing education, child allowance is paid until they have completed their education, up to the age of 25. Child allowance. 1. The Employee shall be entitled to child allowance in accordance with the Execution rules child allowance. 2. If, during the term of the CLA, the Employer starts to provide for childcare, whether or not by providing for childcare itself, the Employee may choose between receiving the child allowance or the equivalent thereof in the form of childcare as referred to here. The Employer may lay down further rules in connection herewith by regulations and state inter alia before which date this choice shall be made.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.
